    - incident occured on 29 July 2025 - I had a manicure and pedicure done while visiting in town, preparing for my birthday and an international trip - I paid a total of ******; I am seeking a refund for the amount minus the pedicure ( *****) = $131.60 - I pointed out issues with my nails, they quality such as missing colour, peeling, bumps and visibly poor work - The woman who did my nails said she would give me a refund for the nails and I asked also to be refunded the tip amount as well as she was very rude to me. The woman started to do the transaction and then stopped - she changed her mind and said that actually she would ask the owner first, but that the owner was out of the country so I would have to wait a few days to hear anything. I asked for the business card and contact informtion, they have all of my information to contact me, and I watched her send a ******** messenger message to the boss in front of me but she was apparently in ******* and she was thinking with the time difference that she would not be awake. I had to leave as I was already late for a reservation elsewhere. I contacted the owner (******) 3 times by email over the course of the following 4 weeks. I recieved no responses, no refunds, nothing. I had to pay another salon in my destination to take the nails off and redo them. I am complaining about promised refund - then going back on said refund- then ghosting me and overall very poor customer service. I would like a full refund.
