    Product was purchased in early August 2023 and shipped by *****************************. Asked Spent the next few weeks trying to figure out the product. Work was busy, so I didnt really start trying to figure out the unit until December 3rd, 2023. Reached out December 15th, 2023. Phoned with no answer. Reached out by email to call me in the morning. No call. Tried calling again on December 16th then sent email. No reply. Got a call on the 16th saying that their technical person would reach out on Saturday. Saturday came, no call. Called on Saturday but no response. Sent an email on December 18th.No reply.****** send me an email on December 20th with a list of possible solutions and videos. However, I watched all these videos in the past and it wasnt working. I tried calling again several times, no answer. Followed up again on Jan 6th. No response. I then sent an email on January 16th: ????????? And I called. No response.I then tracked down who the owner is and emailed ************************************************************ and ************************************************************** and ************************************************************** disappointed by the complete lack of support. Im beyond frustrated. I have documented e-mails on all of the above.Please note the price below is US dollars not ********.

    Moving Sound Technologies is committed to providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Therefore, we are writing to inform you of the steps taken to address the complaint filed by our valued customer, ***************************, regarding the installation of our product.

    Upon receiving the complaint, we promptly contacted ***************** to understand the concerns raised and to seek a resolution. During our discussions, it became apparent that the installation process would be more efficiently handled by a professional electrician due to the specific requirements of the product. We advised the customer accordingly and,understanding the inconvenience this situation may have caused, and offered a gesture of goodwill.

    To mitigate the inconvenience experienced by ******************,Moving Sound Technologies has agreed to refund half of the order price. This refund is currently being processed by our accounts payable department and will be completed shortly. We have communicated this resolution to the customer, and ****************** has graciously agreed that, following the receipt of the aforementioned refund, he will withdraw his complaint filed with your esteemed organization.

    We deeply regret any inconvenience caused to ****************** and have taken this experience as an invaluable learning opportunity to improve our services and customer communication. ******************** values the feedback provided by our customers and the oversight offered by the Better Business Bureau, as it assists us in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
