    I was a customer or tenant of Apartment #*** at *********************************************. **. V6E 1A3 with Landlord PCI Developments Corp or ********** ***.My wife and I have recently moved out on January 31st, ****.We submitted an early notice in December 2023 to leave the unit by January 31st, ****. We have left the unit clean and inspected it with the property manager (see attachment for inspection and delivery). However, the Admin from ********** *** has charged us for February on February 1st, ****, with the concept of rent, even though we do not live there anymore.I have requested to ********** *** the February 1st, ****, rent charge to be returned as soon as possible as they made this mistake internally. PCI mentioned their accounting team needs internal approval and it will take longer than expected. As of today, PCI or **** (property manager) has not provided a compromise delivery date for my money refund.The amount to be returned to me is CAD ******** plus any interest rate. See the charge of February **** attachment.
