    I live at **** **** *** ****** and this building is a mess. We desperately need a new building manager... 1. There are numerous fire violations currently in our building (alarm room unlocked, boiler room unlocked, boiler room used for storage by tenants) even though we had a fire in the building within a year of this complaint. This has been reported to Fire department 5 times...... 2. tenant in one of the apartments smells like ****** ****** **** ******** ** ******* ******** ***** ** ****** ******** ***** ** *** ********* (I've shared numerous videos and photos with Michael **** H*********** (manager) 3. building constantly smells like ***** or ******* ******* ***** *** ** *********** ****** *** ** * ********** **** ( I have a kid on the same floor) 4. Numerous noise complaints have been reported to manager (18 in all, happens every wee and management does nothing) At this point we have given up.. 5. Since the last noise complaint about problematic tenant our car has been vandalized someone scratching the window on the passenger side...no other cars in area have been damaged Reported to Police and building management,,,

    6. I have contacted police on 3 separate occasions for ********** and ******** ** ** **** regarding the above tenant (#***)7. I was told by my building manager that if I keep reporting all of these occurrences then I would be evicted. I have a copy of the email.
