I called Lew Plumbing on January 13 because my dad’s toilet was clogged and I spoke to Gord and sent a plumber name Josef to my dad’s house. Gord told me that this is overtime pay so I agreed. He got the toilet to flushed but still very slow so he said he will come back tomorrow with his camera and he told me if he could not remove the object we have to replace the toilet and I told him make sure is the same one. My brother met him at ***** and the toilet cost around $200 and I told him the toilet is too low it needs to be replaced and Jozef told me it was my brother that chose it and he still put it on while I told Gord before Jozef came to my dad’s house that my dad had * **** *********** and the toilets were modified by occupational therapist from community health centre to make sure the same toilet and they refused to pay the difference for the right toilet so offered the raised seat to pay for it 2 inches from **** ***** still no response and told the price since yesterday no response and I told Jozef also that my dad is a senior is there a discount for senior and we are paying cash is there discount also he said no and we paid the whole work close to $1400.00 for nothing and we never spent this much before from plumbing. Very bad service while their website says they offer senior discount.

Hi ****, as explained to you. Jozef went to our supplier to chose the right height toilet and was ready to installed it. He received a call from **** ******* who you have mentioned as well, knows the toilet had to be a certain comfort height. Jozef volunteered to go to the retail outlet to help load the toilet which we normally would not do. **** ******** reasons was the toilet was at a lower cost. It's not our responsibility that **** ******* chose to purchase that toilet knowingly the height was a concern. Jozef offered you free labour to re-install the correct toilet. Your response to Jozef was for him to pay for a higher seat and return to install it. Jozef cannot be blamed and is not liable to pay for any parts associated with **** ******* actions in purchasing the wrong toilet.
