    On or about October 22, 2024 a salesman approached me at my business with a point of sales system. we talked about the system, went over specifics and it sounded like something I may be interested. I filled out what I was told was an application, the salesman showed me approximate numbers for what I may be eligible. The application I signed, turned out to be a two-year contract that I was not informed of or consenting to. they shipped me equipment that I didnt sign up for and then would not answer my calls. finally after getting in touch with someone, I was able to get my contract voided. I have the cancellation papers, but they have still not refunded my original money and have continued to pull more money from my account today. The total is an excess of $700 for equipment that has been returned unopened. I was told by their customer support my refund would be issued upon receiving the equipment however, its been over 10 business days since the equipment has been marked delivered. Ive received no refund and have been charged more as of today. I need help getting my money returned to me and putting a stop to their automatic withdrawals for the contract that was voided November 12th, 2024.

    I would like to share my terrible experience with the Paylidify ******* branch. This company is run by ******** and liars. They make a bunch of fake promises to make the potential customers sign their paperwork and start dealing with Clover but never fulfill the promises after you are on the hook. One wonderful morning a couple from Paylidify appeared in my office, and as usual, started offering their merchants services. In my response that we already have a company we are working with, **** ( one of the liars) told me clover rates are cheaper and no contract or lease with them, just month to month relationship with Paylidify. Also he told Paylidify would handle a FREE cancellation of our previous merchant due to rate change( that was another lie).He forced me to sign paperwork on his phone and promised to cancel my previous merchants in one week. Since that day he's disappeared and never answered my phone calls. I contacted the Paylidify office in ********* around 5 months ago and asked them to stop their service and take their equipment back due to the false promises. Since that time they started feeding me with their lies and promises to send me the return label to ship to the terminal and stop the payments .They still charge me fir nothing abd NEVER answer calls from **** will also submit an official complaint against this business to *********************************. Thanks.

    Your sales representative came by, and advertised that they would take care of my current service provider's contract, but the representative does not answer any texts or phone calls, no emails, and even their office doesn't take any phone calls.Cannot get in touch with them at all.

    We had 1 business that signed up with Paylidify for Debit Processing. When we had to close it down we asked what it was going to cost to cancel. Our ******* (at the time) said that if we new one someone who needed machines that we could just transfer the existing lease over to them. Infact, we did have another company that needed machines... So we transferred them from our *********** (*** ****** ******) to our *********** ****** ****** **** *******)Unfortunately with Covid and the Market.. we had to shut down our business ****** ****** **** *******). When i inquired as to how long was left on the contract I was told that it just renewed... i asked them to confirm because I was told that this would NOT happen and that I was transferring everything in-tact and un altered over to the new company. Well, as you can imagine.. this issue is turning out the same as the first one I told you about. We shut down this company in August 2022. it is January 2023 now, I am still paying weekly for 3 machines, I havent gotten boxes to return them, nobody can/will give me an answer on what is going on.. and my text message count is well into the MANY hundreds by now.. emails.. phone calls.. the only person who replies to me is my sales rep and all he has to say is "*** *** ** ** *****". The support and management team wont reply to emails, voicemails or anything else.. They just Ghosted me.. and i mean.. why not? they have me locked into a contract and i have no choice but to pay it.. so why would they answer me..Any help you can lend would be appreciated.Merchant IDs: ************ & ************

    I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the actions of one of your sales representatives, *****************, and the subsequent handling of my situation by your Director of Sales, *******************************. My experience with Paylidify has been deeply unsatisfactory and has resulted in severe consequences for me, both financially and emotionally.On February 15th, 2023, I initially contacted ***************** regarding the purchase of Clover terminals for my new restaurant location. Subsequently, on July 20th, 2023, I contacted her again regarding terminals for another location. At no point during these interactions was I informed about any credit checks being conducted. Instead, I was simply asked to sign paperwork.To my shock and dismay, in October 2023, I discovered that Paylidify had performed multiple credit checks without my knowledge or consent, totaling five hard credit checks. This has had a devastating impact on my credit score and has led to the decline of my mortgage application. When I reached out to ***************** regarding these unauthorized credit checks, she claimed to have no knowledge of them.While I understand that two companies might conduct separate credit checks, the fact that five were performed without my awareness or consent is unacceptable. This situation has caused me significant stress and has taken a toll on my mental health.In an attempt to rectify this issue, ***************** connected me with your Director of Sales, *******************************, on October 13th, 2023. ********************** assured me that he would work to reverse the unauthorized credit checks. However, despite his promise, no action has been taken to address this matter to date.Furthermore, both ***************** and ******************************* have been consistently unresponsive to my phone calls and messages, exacerbating the frustration and anxiety caused by this situation.I urge Paylidify to take immediate action to rectify this matter, including reversing the unauthorized credit checks and addressing the severe damage done to my credit score. Additionally, I request that you investigate the actions of ***************** and ******************************* in this case and take appropriate disciplinary measures.I kindly request a prompt response to this complaint, outlining the steps Paylidify will take to resolve this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and provide a timeframe for resolution.I hope that we can work together to find a satisfactory solution to this matter promptly.Sincerely,****

    **** from the ******* office helped me set up my ****** account and machines for my business in September 2022. However, he lied about the machines and the machines ended up not being a good fit for my business. I used the ****** machines only 12 days. I contacted **** to cancel services and for account closure. He told me he would come pick up the machines but he never came. Despite numerous attempts, he is not responding to my emails or my phone calls, yet I am still being charged for the machines that I am not using. I have emailed and called ********* customer support many times and keep receiving generic "We are working on your request." replies. It has been 5 months since I first reached out to cancel my account and I have received no reply, and no further action from the Customer Support team. I understand the company may be busy with other clients. However, when I reached out to open services, it did not take them 5 months to reply, come out and set up the machines. They were very quick to reply since it meant they would be making money. This shows ********* only cares about making money and not at all about their clients. They are very hard to get in contact with if you have any issues. And when you do get in contact with them, they lie to you. I have reached out to the ****** customer support (since ******************** ignores me) and found out I will have to pay over $6000 to close my account. This is all because I was lied to by *********, telling me the ****** machines would work without Wifi or data, when this is false. I have never conducted business with a company that is so unprofessional; they lie, trick and ignore their customers.

    We signed up with this third party company to use their debit machine associated with clover. Shortly after signing up with their services and getting our debit machine for our company Ewyn we stopped receiving deposits into our bank account . When we reached out we found out our account had been frozen and they were holding our money for 6 months. It turns out that when they applied for the terminal they listed our business as a hotel with purchase of $40 . This was completely wrong we are are weightloss studio with purchases around $1000. We were reached out to by a fellow named Josh who guaranteed us that they were releasing our money and we would receive it within the next day or so. It’s been 38 days and we have not received anything. I have since tried reaching out to the company 6 times, which I have proof and they are all dodging my calls. I would like this resolved and to have my money released which is over 3,000 dollars. I don’t want to be ignored. I am a customer and have other businesses using their services.

    this company sale the pos Merchant.The 2 year contract then turned into 4 years for no reason, and we begged to submit our signed contract with no response. We feel selling false fraudulent promotions, forged contracts and signatures.and now they hold our $2600 in the account.Unable to contact anyone and explain the situation All above transactions are not received by you to the Merchant. Note: - All above transactions are not processed from one individual credit card so why and what reason are the credit card transactions (**** or ****** ****) put on hold and sent to your Investigation and security department? - The above transactions are from various customers with different credit cards. - All debit transactions were received in my business account. Strangly non from Credit Cards). - Why did First Data deduct the 4% Commission Fee for above amounts when merchant has not received the funds. This is costing them additional out of pocket funding for monies they have not received. Loss of interest on principle amount. Etc. - Why are the funds still on hold, with a nonresponse insofar since the last inquiry dated July 20th 2022 from Sally (the merchant)? As noted above, the merchant finds this situation to be very difficult to understand, time consuming and resulting in causing much stress. Withholding funds for this extended period of time from a small merchant without a resolution insofar is unacceptable
