    I always order here because they made prescriptions better than the optic shop I used to go to. This is my 4th time. It takes longer though for delivery because it comes overseas. One time my package has been stolen from my doorstep and they reply fast and communicated to launch an investigation, we found out its not the delivery drivers fault and so I ordered a new one though the style I want is not anymore available they gave considerations on my new order. They also send you the original lens along with the new prescrition glasses.

    The glasses were good quality, however, the coatings that we had added on seems like fairly low quality as we paid extra for the super-sensitive tint, but it really doesnt tint better or faster or more thoroughly. In fact, when I contacted the customer service about it, they simply argued with me that they did everything right. Next time we will simply buy local. Additionally, when I went to claim my discount, they informed me that I wasnt going to be able to get my discount and when I looked back at it yes there was fine print, but it was so small and kind of buried within the offer to get a discount that I did not see it. I checked in with my entire family and everybody thought it was a little shady.
