I heard about the prenuvo scan and called to get information. They were more than happy to give me all the explanation and constantly were in contact with me for booking the scan which was $2500. Half paid prior to scan, the other half paid at time of scan. Because I already have cancer they gave me a $300 discount. They told me that I would receive the disc to give to my doctors to look at. Well, the first disc wad corrupted, then asked for another which was sent overnight and the radiologist was unable to load that disc. I called again and asked to send a clear disc for the doctors to look at. Because now, my doctors are saying let's do our own test to be sure of what their report was showing. Nodules here and there. When I had my CT scans in *********, nothing was showing that they claimed was there, but still not one doctor could confirm what was on their disc. I called and asked for a refund. I spoke with *********************** and told him about the issue. I sent emails starting on 1/16/24, my scan was 10/14/2023. No response. When I call they do not answer the phone. I had to block my number for him to pick up and he told me ***** was handling the issue and I would hear from her. As to date, no correspondence. Again, they will not answer the phone. I think this is just a scam to get your money and give you false information about your health. All my doctors are upset because they can't see their scan to confirm what their report states. Please, this business just wants your money and once they get it they will not bother with you again! I hope there is something you can do to stop this from happening to others.
