  I placed an online order at toughly 5:14 PM and canceled the order at 5:49 PM the same day. I did not receive a reply until the next day at roughly at 07:38 AM stating that I cannot cancel my order due to such fast processing of orders. I never received any further information on my order being processed or shipped as of the time I was told I was not allowed to cancel my order. After requesting a full refund again I received another email saying that I would be required to pay a 15% restocking fee and another $395 filling fee.

  It would be a zero stars if possible! Ordered a bundle directly from company September 29. Got the frame and sheets in ~3 wks. Now 2 months later today and still no mattress. Have spoken to them at least 8 times and always promised it will ship out on a date then the date passes with nothing. Then try to get me to switch mattresses 3 times! Dont bother with these guys. Hoping for a refund. Was double the cost compared to ****** also! Wanted to support a ******** made product. Jokes on me!

  Worst customer service ever/return policty ever!!Purchased the split king adjustable base on Tuesday called 15 min after placing the order to cancel it after reading all the reviews on reddit and ******* and they told me they cannot cancel it due to fast shipping. Is now Friday nothing was shipped and I didnt receive any emails.They are selling the same base on ****** bay for 800 dollars less and they wont even price match their own product.Is unbelieveable trying through chat and phone to cancel an order 15 min after it was placed and they are saying I cannot cancel only to refuse the package and pay restocking fees of 15% and freight charges for a total of around 500CAD.Disgusting company. Please dont purchase on Ghostbed

  Had to open a dispute with my credit card company. They fight you if you want to return the mattress by using fine print. ******** ******** They should be shut down.

  101 sleep night trial says it is worry free. It implies you can try it and "if you do not like it no hassle return." YOU WILL LOSE UP TO 50% OF YOUR MONEY!! They lead you to believe you can try it and actually get your money back BUT NOPE! in the find print in FAQ it says : If you're totally sure you don't love the comfort of your GhostBed mattress and/or GhostPillow, we'll work with you to coordinate the return and your refund. (We're not crying, we swear... must be these onions we're cutting up.)
  While return & refund policies are never fun to read, here's what you need to know:
  Promotions and/or discounts will result in an adjusted refund amount
  Non-refundable items in your order, as well as recycling fees, extended warranties and/or White Glove add-on won't apply to your refund
  Pillows returned under the 101-Night Sleep Trial will need to be shipped back at your expense (don't worry: we'll share our best tips for keeping the shipping expense small!)
