    My name is Sunnatov Bekhruz, and I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding Kaplan International Languages and their affiliated education agents: *****, ********* *******, and ****** ******.I submitted my application to Kaplan International Language School and made a payment of CAD $872 as part of the process to obtain a study permit. Unfortunately, my **** application was refused by the ****************. Prior to making the payment, I was clearly informed by the mentioned agents that if the **** was denied, the full amount I paid would be *********** has now been over 4 to 5 months, and I have still not received my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no clear responses from the agents, and communication from them has been inconsistent and unhelpful. Additionally, my attempts to contact Kaplan directly by phone have not resulted in any resolution. This delay has caused me significant stress, financial difficulty, and wasted time.Moreover, I am not alone in this experience. I personally know many other students who are also waiting for their refunds and facing the same lack of support and accountability from Kaplan and its representatives.I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take the necessary actions to ensure Kaplan International Languages and their agents are held accountable. I respectfully ask that my payment of CAD $872 be refunded immediately, and that steps be taken to prevent such issues for future students.I would be happy to provide any supporting documents including proof of payment, **** refusal letter, and email correspondence with the agents if required.If this issue is resolved in a fair and timely manner, I would be glad to maintain my positive opinion of Canada and its education system.Thank you for your attention and support in resolving this matter.Sincerely,Sunnatov Bekhruz
