    This company has the worse internet service ever, including customer service. I've been waiting over 2 months for a response to my request for a equipment deposit refund. I understand it takes time but a follow up response does not. Reading previous complaints, this may help to resolve the issue. As per their invoice, refunds are suppose to be issued upon return of equipment. I would like a resolution within a reasonable time.

    I’m at an RV Park in South Surrey. I got one of the company’s (Connectivity Alliance Ltd) Wifi Booster Kit for internet connection, for a deposit of $200 in March 2022. I returned the kit to the company, with their Return Label on June 12, 2023, via ****** ****. After multiple emails, many of them ignored (no phone service possible), I’m still awaiting my $200 refund.
