I registered for immigration consulting with MDC or CanadianVisa.org with the sum of 10 usd. I was unduly pressured to make another payment of 249 usd before going through the agreements and there were plenty of discrepancies in the paperwork that made me lose confidence in their service. I'm from ******* and that is a significant sum of money which i need back. I have requested a refund for over a week now and they are yet to respond with a solution. It feels like a scam and if they say they are a registered company then they should do right by disgruntled customers by issuing a refund.Initial Complaint

On February 26th, we received a call from MDC Canada/Canadianvisa.org Account Manager, *************************************, after completing the eligibility test. They assured us they would process our Canadian Express Entry application for myself, my spouse, and our three children. The package included processing the Express Entry, placing us in the pool, registering for the ***** exam and training, securing employment in ****** before arrival, obtaining a provincial nominee, arrival guidance, and other professional advisory services. We were charged $5,200 USD without negotiation, with the amount to be paid in two installments50% immediately and the remainder later.Despite informing them of our financial constraints, ********* persistently pushed for payment. We made an initial payment of $500 USD, followed by $1,500 USD on March 28th. We submitted all our documents except for the *** and *****, which we had to process ourselves. The *** process took a long time, and while awaiting completion, MDC Canada requested more money to process the *****. We made another payment of $1,500 USD on July 9th and promised to pay the balance by the end of August. However, they started avoiding our calls and ignored our emails. When they finally responded, they demanded the full balance. We then informed them that we were no longer interested and requested a refund. This experience has cost us significant time, energy, and money. We even forfeited a $200 USD personal ***** registration because of their promise to handle the training and registration. We simply request a refund as we no longer wish to proceed. Thank youInitial Complaint

We paid USD $2200 on 19/02/2022 to "******** ********", and they promised to provide consulting services to file PR for ******.After payment we did our part that was requested like *** and Exam, still these people did not take any action to file our profile as promised. Likewise they spent 1 year without any progress and not getting any positive response on time so decided to withdraw our application as no services was provided by them even after an year. This organisation ******* ** for fake service and many will become victim in future if not stopped them immediately.Upon asking our refund initially they agreed but we never got the refund. Its been more than a month without any refund. They are claiming they have done wire transferred and provided their internal payment ***************** but when we checked with our bank they are unable to trace back any payment with this transaction id. Upon asking the evidence of Wire transfer they are not sharing those details like transaction number, acknowledgement receipt etc. Every day we are calling customer care & sending an email to ************** (Co-ordinating for refund) for these details but she is not providing these details and hence delaying the refund since almost a month now.Would like to request Bureau to look into this matter and help me to get my FULL REFUND as no assistance or services was provided to **.Initial Complaint

To whom it may concern,On Monday 16th January 2022, I was clicking on the CanadianVisa.org website when one of the employees there phoned me. He was very pleasant and charming and after a few moments I agreed to transfer $1000 for a working permit as I want to travel and work in ****** in a few months time. CanadianVisa.org are based in *********.Shortly after, I quickly started to get a bad feeling about this and having consulted with my parents and friends I began to regret my ***** decision and contacted them asking for a return of money. *** ******* ** ********* ** * **** ** ******* ********* ******** ****** **** **** * ****** ***** * **** ***********Many emails and phone conversations later we have reached a situation where they are prepared to refund me but are saying they get to keep 45% of the amount as a retainer. I did in fact sign a document that states this in the small print. To me this seems grossly unfair and unreasonable as it is impossible for them to have done very much in the 2 hours prior to me instructing them to return my money.I am currently pursuing getting my money back through my bank here in ******* ********* but I thought it would be a good idea to inform yourselves in case there is some time sensitive aspect to this. (Here in ****** there is a 14 day cooling off period with these kind of things). There is an extensive email trail, and logs of all our conversations exist and I can provide you with these if you deem necessary. In these, it is clear that I told them to stop the process from the onset and that they understood my instruction.I would really appreciate any relevant advice over my options as Im worried that I will never get my money back. ** *** **** **** **** ****** *** *** ***** ** ** *** ***** **********Many thanks in advance******* *****Initial Complaint

On July 19 I paid and received this "You have successfully applied for the Gold evaluation package!" On July 28, 2021 I made a payment of **** dollars, they write me the following You have successfully applied for the ************ Services of the Regulated ******** Immigration Consultant. Depending on the scope of services described in your retainer agreement. You have made a payment of $****.00 of $****.00 that has been approved, with a **** credit card. All this with the purpose of having the ***** according to them I qualified to travel with my two children and my partner and that was the value of the **** that I had to pay to obtain it. Many calls, a lot of insistence for me to pay them that amount. They excited me with everything I would earn if I went there. But I gave up on time on August 3 of that same year due to illness, I needed the money and they ignored me.Again this year I keep insisting and they told me by phone call that I had not requested the refund within the period that was within the 6 "business" months that they supposedly give. Which is false, I asked for a refund a month after paying them, I have the emails. I still need my money back, I hope you can help me urgently. I feel sad, angry at everything. I hope to get a solution. Thank you . ****** *** ******* * **** ***********
