    Hi there - I had two young guys come to my house offering services for yard maintence 2 years in a row, we hired them in May to re seal, clean & add extra sand between our driveway pavers because we already had a few loose. They came, charged a lot which was fine it was 2 guys and I expected they knew what they were doing. Now my whole driveway is crumbling! I called the number and talked to someone in their office he apologized and said he would send someone more senior to remedy our issue and fix the issue. He asked me to give him a week or 2 to schedule a re visit and they would fit us in and fix it. Ive emailed and called without being able to get ahold of someone. Now the line is dead, they disconnected the phone number and cannot reach anyone there. - the driveway no had a few loose payvers on one side of the driveway and now they entire driveway is crumbling.

    April 17/25 Two young men (extremely aggressive) offered to clean the **** off my roof, once I agreed to the price and the job they continued to find faults with various things on the property and offering me add on prices to fix these faults. They borrowed my tools, left the job site dirty and took my $59 broom with them. They happened to be doing work in my neighbourhood the next day so I was able to get my broom back. Again, very aggressively they attempted to push me further in trying to convince me that my roof needed work. They also broke a 24" Pagoda style lawn statue and asked me what I wanted them to do about it. I told them the item was available at ********** for a $134 plus tax and they could either give me the cash or they can buy it and replace. They said they would replace it and every since then they have been stalling by saying it had to be special ordered and it hasn't come in yet. I have attempted several times to contact them with the most recent attempt on June 5/25 and I told them I felt they were stalling in the hope that I would give up and asked them "do I need to contact BBB to get results" and their reply email was "please do"
