I contacted Kits plumbing based on ****** reviews. They were quick to send a plumber (August 15th 2023) to install new kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets, hook up new dishwasher as well as new laundry hook-up. The technician completed most of the work, but didn't inspire confidence/did not ask any questions although I was there the entire time. Around 2PM, he packed up and left. After he left, I noticed caulk all over the countertops, bathroom sink was off centre and crooked, kitchen sink (top mounted) sat flush with counters at the corners but not in the middle. Dishwasher pex wasn't trimmed back to allow drawer to close. W/D valves were just hanging in the air. I was billed 6 hours (including 1.5 hours to get supplies) plus supplies (Total $915.95). I believe that based on what 2nd tech had to buy, the ** was installed incorrectly the 1st time around.I emailed with Kits Plumbing afterwards and eventually spoke with the owner (*****) to voice my displeasure. He agreed to send a 2nd technician to fix the work of the first person, but was adamant that I should pay the first invoice because they are a small business and the first person was a good employee. He said he would reduce the invoice by $100. The 2nd Tech did a good job. I paid the 2nd invoice (#****-2 $823.20) shortly after the job was done (August 30th). I tried to explain to ***** that I didn't want to pay twice for the job, that it should have been done well the first time/not my fault.Today (10/16) I received I an email from the requesting payment for the first invoice. * **** ************* ********** ** ***** **** *****. * ***** **** *** **** **** ** * **** * **** ** ******** ******** ** **** ******* ****** ***** *** ******* *** ************ ******* **** **** ******* *** *** *** ****** They are requesting payment $915.95 for the first visit. I'd be happy to pay the difference ($92.75), but not more. I've been resisting posting negative reviews online.Business response

I have asked our office to reduce the remaining bill to $92.75 as per request.
