              I submitted a claim to Blu Cross in January that has not been reimbursed. I have asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that a supervisor would not talk to me. Each time I call the representative gives me a different answer. I called again today and the time frame is even longer. It gets longer every time I call. The customer service is terrible and they should have already paid the claim out, but havent.

              They will not permit me to protect my personal identification information by providing a security question Such as "my mother's maiden name" Instead birthdate, name and a 3rd criteria. Added statement "in order to verify it's you" That is ludicrous ..unless I am standing before you with gov't picture i.d. you have no idea if it is me or not over the phone!!! I have a right to protect my personal identification information and given the risks feel they are in breach of my rights!
