    I am writing to officially complain about the abysmal service provided by ITC Group. Today, a guaranteed service was scheduled for delivery between 8:30 am and 10:30 am. Unfortunately, no representative from ITC Group appeared until 12:30pm, and I received no communication from them whatsoever. In my efforts to address this issue, I contacted both their service representative and the general office, seeking direct communication. However, after several hours of waiting, I have not received a single reply or any form of communication. Regrettably, this is not the first instance in which I have endured subpar service from ITC Construction Group. It is evident to me that there is a severe lack of professionalism on their part, as they seem to disregard both the quality of their service and their customers' sentiments entirely. I insist on a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, and I am considering seeking alternative service providers in the future. It is crucial for companies to uphold their commitments and treat their customers with the respect they deserve. I trust that my concerns will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I require service to be delivered immediately and I am owed a apology.
