    On December 5 2022 I purchased tickets for an event advertised on explorehidden.com. The event in question was ********************* Live" We received an initial event date of September 2nd 2023. On August 10th, we receive an email stating that the event has been delayed, but we can transfer our tickets to the new date February 03, 2024. We proceed with the rescheduling. January 16th we receive ANOTHER reschedule email that the event is needing to be rescheduled for September 7th, 2024. As we near this new date, i attempt to verify the status of the event, but all emails are being bounced as undeliverable. The website is down, with the exception of a single page of maintenance, and all mentions of past events are gone.Im asking for my refund of ****** (4 Tickets at ***** +Tax and Fee).The original payment method was my previous credit card, which has been cancelled, so a direct refund would be impossible

    On June 5th, 2024 I purchased to tickets to an event called "The *****" in ******, ON costing $117.25. This was through hosted by a company called Hidden Events, with the purchase made through a company called Viral Ventures USA. I'm currently uncertain if they're the same company or not as the online information on Hidden Events is minimal.The event was schedules for July 5th, but on July 3rd I received an email stating that it had been cancelled and would be rescheduled or refunded, along with an email to contact for questions.No further communication has been given on the event refund/reschedule and I've reached out to the help email address on July 6th and 13th but received no response.

    On July 16, 2023 I purchased tickets for an event advertised/put on by Hidden called Wizard's Den in ********, **. The cost was $112.28. The tickets were for a session on November 26, 2023. On October 30, 2023 I received an email that the event had been cancelled and they would need to transfer the tickets to another date. The date I chose was March 16, 2024. On February 26th I noticed the event was no longer advertised on Hidden's website but I had not been contacted so I emailed and was assured the event was still running. On February 28th I received another email stating the event had been cancelled and I could either choose a different session or receive a refund by completing a form. I indicated I would like to receive a refund on the form. On May 26th I emailed because I still had not receive the refund or any communication in the months since submitting their form. I was asked for my e-transfer details for the refund and told it would be passed on to their billing team. On June 22nd I emailed again because I had not received the refund yet, and they have not answered me to date. They have effectively drawn out the process over almost a year with rescheduling, cancelling, and emails so that now a chargeback is no longer possible through the bank. I would like to receive the refund as was promised. This company has extensive reviews online regarding this practice and it appears to be a common complaint. They also do not list their operating address on their website but appear to operate out of various cities and countries and they have various business names on their emails/tickets etc including Hidden, Hidden ******** Immersive Ventures, and Viral Ventures. ******* website is *************************************** and customer service email is *************************************
