    1. On March,6th, 2025 I paid C$5103(including GST) for my kids physical training. Includes Private class : 24h@C$110/hr; Semi Private: 24h@C$70/hr;Group Class: 12classes @C$45/class (10% off) . Wednesday, 5:30-6:30pm, Thursday 4:30-5:30pm, Saturday 11:00-12:00.2. On July 30th, 2025, I received a message that they couldn't offer the class for my kids on that day, and they moved to another city. There are 9 private classes and 2 Group classes left( worth C$1080)3.They told me they couldn't offer me the same coach again, and asked to go their new location, which located in ****************************************************************************. It's impossible for me to make it since It would take me at least 1 hour to go their new location because of the heavy traffic after school. I refused, and asked them to refund the rest of th amount.4. On ***** 17th, 2025. I received a refund receipt with C$525. I asked why short of C$555. They count 9 private class, but didn't count 2 group class.They said they charged the operation fee and some amount was reduced because there was some discount they gave to me, they needed draw it back. As I checked the receipt of my payment, I got lost about their excuses. I asked if there is any document to explain. They couldn't offer anything.5. My point is if they couldn't offer the same service as I registered any more, I have right to ask the full amount refund of the rest classes. 6.Their point is I should overcome the distance, and they can arrange other coach to continue my kids' classes. I have to take responsiblity of the loss if I couldn't overcome any inconvenience.7. Conclusion: They short me C$525, and it's very difficult to communicate with them
