    I previously had access to Tamera’s *** course through a family friend prior to purchasing her full course which includes the Course + ** group for additional coaching in Jan 2022 ($5,000). I decided to purchase her course because I realized I needed one on one coaching directly with Tamera which I was promised by her recruiter when I signed up. Once I got going with my business months later after I signed up and needed actual one on one coaching, I was told it was an additional cost to actually get the one on one training with Tamera or her associates, on top of the US $5K I paid. (Im sure Tamera can provide the recruiting recording of what I was promised). I would not have purchased the course if I knew that was the situation. Although Tamera’s course has a 30 day refund policy, there’s actually no way of determining whether the course would truly work or not, within that
    timeframe. To top if up, the one time I asked a question in the group, I was given incorrect information. I did my due diligence and consulted ****** directly where all my questions and concerns were answered to THEIR standards. From then onwards I turned to ****** for any additional questions that I had. I waited to see if I would still need to ask any crucial questions to my business hence the delay in asking for a refund. Once I realized that I had no use for the course and I was never going to contribute in the group further for any reason as false information was being circulated, I decided to ask Tamera directly for a refund via email (September 2022) stating that the whole reason why I purchased the course was to get one on one coaching from her as promised during the recruiting phone call but didn't get that without having to pay more. Tamara decided she would not be offering me a refund since it had already passed the deadline. Days later, I noticed I had been removed from the ** Group without notice or reason. I have emailed her twice (Nov, 2022) asking for a reason with no response.

    The signed contract on January, 27, 2022 with Winners eCom Workshop states that ******* ****** has agreed to the following refund policy:

    Page 6:

    "In the event, you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, we offer an action-based full
    refund on the following conditions:
    (a) Your purchase was a one-time, full priced Course;
    (b) You submit your refund request within seven (7) days of purchase;
    (c) You have not viewed more than 30% of the Course content starting from the first video;"

    It's been 11 months since ******* purchased the course and has viewed 89% of the course material.  Therefore, she does not qualify for a refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    The amount paid for the course includes access to the course materials and a life time access to the ******** group where further discussions are had by other members of the group, discussing anything that wasn’t made clear in the course material. My access to the ******** group has been revoked without any reason or notification which makes this business a very unprofessional one that operates in a very uncouth manner. Anyone who signs up for this course needs to be made aware of their unrealistic and ridiculous return policy and the fact that you could loose access to the program at any time without warning. It is very clear and obvious that a part of the service I paid for and was promised is not being provided.

    ******** known as “Tamara Tee” advertises her e-commerce course through videos and ads. She makes content to teach people how to sell on ******.

    As I already sell on ******, I was interested to know more about her program since she claims massive success selling on ******: ***** ** ******* ** ****** ******. Through click funnel links, I was encouraged to book a one-on-one call with her team. Using high sales tactics, ********* ********* *** ********** ******* the course administrator ‘Mohammed B***’ induced me to purchase the prerecorded course for $1500CAD on February 21, 2022. Promising me it would help me as an existing ****** seller.

    As I progressed through the course, I realized that the content *** ******* *** did not help me learn any new skills or knowledge to benefit me as an ****** Seller. After about a month, they terminated my access to the course because I couldn’t afford another $500 to join the private ** group.

    We regret that you are dissatisfied with your experience with Official Tamara Tee Online Inc. The last communication together was dated on April 6, 2022 at 10:15AM PST via email with Tamara Tee’s colleagues at **************************** ******************************* *** ********************** (evidence attached). It has been six months since the last communication and we are unaware of any further concerns until this complaint arose.


    On February 21, 2022, you booked an online **** meeting with one of our colleagues’ Mohammad (Mo) and you purchased the online course, Winners eCom Workshop by Tamara Tee using your ******** ********** account. We have the entire **** meeting conference saved and can provide this for evidence. You agreed upon your partial payment of $2,000 CAD, with a final total of $4,900 CAD. You had initially sent Official Tamara Tee Online Inc. $1,500 CAD initially to gain access to our services: 


    - Online course by Tamara Tee, Winners eCom Workshop
    - ******** group members only community
    - Agreed to complete the other $500 CAD payment out of $2,000 portion a month later.

    In your complaint, you stated “Using high sales tactics, ********* ********* *** ********** ******* the course administrator ‘Mohammed Baig’ induced me to purchase the prerecorded course for $1500CAD on February 21, 2022. Promising me it would help me as an existing ****** seller.” To clarify, Tamara Tee does not promise any results for her clients who enrol into the online course. This is stated in the policies on the training website that we can provide as evidence. There was no force to purchase the online course. The amount of $1,500 CAD you paid was made by you. 


    You state “I realized that the ******* *** ******* *** did not help me learn any new skills or knowledge to benefit me as an ****** Seller.” We regret that you found the online course useless but we hold no responsibility of your views on this. It is impossible to promise the success and satisfaction from you.


    On March 2, 2022 at 10:09AM PST, you emailed in stating “Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. Once my financial situation gets a bit better later this month, I will certainly pay the remaining balance of $500 (this is the deal I made with Mo).” We expected this payment to be made.


    On March 16, 2022 at 6:47AM PST, you had again requested for an extension on the payment of $500 CAD as “[you were] struggling to make ends meet and was not able to meet the deadline”. We had accepted the extension and granted it until April 4, 2022 where you had said “[our] support is greatly appreciated”. 


    Furthermore, we had also informed you via email on March 21, 2022, at 9:49AM PST, that if payment was not completed by the end of this extension, access to the services, ******** group community and Tamara Tee’s online course will be revoked.


    You state “After about a month, they terminated my access to the course because I couldn’t afford another $500 to join the private ** group. ************* *** ** ***** ******** ********* ***** ** ****** *** ******** *** *********** ******* ****** **** *** ******** ****** ** ****** ******** **** ***** **** * ******* ** *** ******** *** ********* *** ****** *** ***** *** *** ************ **** ********* ** ******* ******* *** **********” ***** ** ** ******** ** *** ******** ** ***** ******** *** *** *** ******** *** ** ** **** ** **** ****** *** *** *******.     On April 6, 2022, we notified you again that you will be removed from our services if payment was not completed.  You emailed back on April 6, 2022 at 10:15AM PST saying “Okay, that’s great, thank you so much”. With this evidence provided, you were well aware that you were going to get disconnected from our services.

    This is the extent of our communication with ***** ** as we are unaware of any further concerns. We did not seek the assistance of any collection agencies and considered the remaining outstanding balance as unredeemable.     We had given her an extension on the partial payment and provided clear, explicit, and advanced notice of the repercussions should said payment not be completed along with her acknowledgment and gratitude.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. Mohammad never asked me nor did I ever give consent to have our conversation recorded. If you do have the recording, please present it to me ** * *** **** ***** ******** ** *****.
    2. The deal was $1500 for the course and $500 to join the group.
    3. I was never given a legal invoice, receipt or terms of conditions in that nature for acceptance. Mohammad insisted that I e-transfer him instantly even though I wanted him to send me more information about the course after our **** appointment.
    4. I challenge the notion that the email exchanges as legally binding as a form of acceptance to the actions willfully performed on Tamara and her associates’ end.
    5. The portion of the email where I mentioned 50% of the course was already common knowledge to me is not mentioned in your arguments. Additionally, I asked for a refund but never received a response back.
    6. After going through about 10% of the course, I was notified that access will be denied and before access to the course actually got terminated, I did not complete the last 2 chapters/modules.
    7. The one-on-one video conference was marketed as a professional training session to determine if I was suitable for the program. Contrarily, Mohammad induced me to enter into contract ******* ******** *****************. Mohammad (the administrator) presented the course to me telling me that content in the course is not available anywhere else - that simply not true. In addition, promising me things that were entirely false. After taking half of the course, * **** **** *** ******* *** **** ***** ** ******* ** ********** ** * ******, taking ****** ****** **********, my own research and watching ******* videos. Mohammad knew I was already selling on ****** and making money. I did not need a course to: (1) show me how to take care of my health and fitness ** **** * ********* ** ***** *** ********* ******** ******* * ***** ** ******** *** ****** ** * ******** ********, (2) to use seller central ** ** ******* ********,  (3) source products from ******* [Mo was informed and knows how I source products], (4) use Helium 10 ** **** ****** ** ********, and (5) to set up ppc campaigns ** ***** ** ****** ** ******* ** ***** ** ** ************.
    8. Tamara’s legal company name and success on ************ is public information - her ******** and ********* profile page is public.

    You made the purchase for the online course over a **** meeting and sent $1,500 out of the $3,4000 CAD via e-transfer to our company on your own will.   

    Technically, you are indebted to owe Official Tamara Tee Online Inc. the remaining balance of $2,900 CAD. You've successfully provided us with your name, address, and credit card statement so we can prove and have every right to send collections after you to collect the indebted amount. The **** call you've had with Muhammad also has your voice recorded with you agreeing to paying the full balance. We only offered to cancel the remaining balance via email when you emailed us saying you cannot afford to pay the rest so out of goodwill, we agreed to remove the remaining amount owed (proof of this was already attached in the intial response).

    You are welcome to pursue any other avenue to try to get your $1,500 refund, but we can also use the recorded **** call as evidence that you owe the company an outstanding balance of $2,900.

    It was in January that I saw an ad on ******* of a woman named Tamara Tee that was claiming that anyone can make 10k/month in net PROFIT by selling something on ******.

    By clicking the ad, I was redirected to a landing page that said watch this FREE video. The video was a pitch video, and it guided you to schedule a 1-hour FREE consultation with her team.

    I did that, I scheduled a time, and at that **** meeting, a person named Chris popped up. *** **** ******** ****** **** * ***** ***** *** ** *********** ** *** **** **** ********** ****** **** I finally agreed to pay $5000. ****** **** *** ****** ** ** ********* **** **** ** * ** ********* ****** ***** ** ******.

    Things like:
    -You will make 10k per month in net profit in 3-6 months!
    ******* * ***** ***** * **** ** *** * *** ** ******** *** ********** ** **** ******* ****** gets lots of fees and considering the competition and the cost of advertisement, you cannot even get your money back let alone make profit.

    -Tamara will give you one-on-one coaching (this is the thing that I paid for)!
    Reality = the coaching that he was talking about is a ******** group with 2500 other people *** *** ******** For a shy person like me, I would never ever ask my questions in that group! ******* ********** For the one-on-one coaching she is charging extra fee per hour ($400/hour!!!!). She sold the information that can be found for free on ****** ****** ********** and ****** ** for $5000!

    We regret that you are dissatisfied with your experience with Tamara
    Tee. Unfortunately, Tamara Tee cannot and does not guarantee profits made
    through her program. As such, Tamara Tee denies making the guarantees and
    promises that you allege were made in advertisements, or in free consultations.
    You state that “Tamara Tee that was claiming that anyone can make10k/month.”
    Tamara Tee provides its members with the information, tools, and resources so
    they can make substantial profits, however Tamara Tee does not claim that they
    will earn a certain amount. Tamara Tee’s claims that anyone can make
    substantial profits describe the potential earning capacity of its members if they follow the program as it is intended to be followed.

    You stated that “The video was a pitch video, and it guided you to
    schedule a 1-hour FREE consultation with her team. I did that, I scheduled a
    time, and at that **** meeting, a person named Chris popped up. *** **** ******** ****** **** * ***** ***** *** ** *********** ** *** **** **** ********** ****** **** I finally agreed to pay $5000.” We regret that you
    felt pressured to join Tamara Tee’s online
    training program. However, you submitted your request
    for a refund approximately 8 months after providing payment and did not reach
    out to us prior to that to explain the situation. While we certainly take this
    type of situation seriously and aim for all members to feel confident in their
    decision to join, Tamara Tee’s refund policy does not provide for automatic
    refunds requested so long after the payment date, made without notice or prior
    discussion. Tamara Tee’s employees make genuine
    efforts to ensure that potential members are fully informed prior to making
    payment. During the 1-hour free **** meeting, Tamara Tee’s employee obtained
    verbal confirmation from you that you understood and consented to the terms of
    the contract.

    Your contract’s refund policy states that:

    “In the event, you decide that your purchase was not the right
    decision, we offer an action-based full refund on the following conditions:

    (a) Your purchase was a one-time, full priced Course;
    (b) You submit your refund request within seven (7) days of purchase;
    (c) You have not viewed more than 30% of the Course content starting
    from the first video;
    (d) Course materials have not been downloaded or shared; and
    (e) You have attempted to use the Course, in accordance with the
    conditions set out below:

    We reserve the right to refuse any refund for a product which has not
    been used. You agree that to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that
    you’ve implemented strategies from the Course […]”

    Your contract further lists examples of acceptable proof. In accordance
    with your contract, Tamara Tee refused your request for a refund as you have
    not provided proof of the strategies you have implemented and did not reach out
    to Tamara Tee within the prescribed timeline in accordance with your contract.

    You state that Tamara Tee claims “You will make 10k per month in net
    profit in 3-6 months!” However, Tamara Tee denies making this alleged
    statement. As mentioned, Tamara Tee does not make guarantees or promises with
    respect to earnings or profits. Your contract with Tamara Tee contains the
    following limitations clause:

    “In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without
    limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business
    interruption) arising out of your use of the School, the Materials, or the
    Website, or the use or inability to access, the School, use the Materials, even
    if we or an have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such
    damage. You further agree that we are not involved in any way in your business
    operations and provide no representation, guarantee, or warranty in relation to
    your business’ performance.”

    You stated that ****** ***** * **** ** *** * *** ** ******** *** ********** ** **** ******. ****** gets lots of fees and considering the competition
    and the cost of advertisement, you cannot even get your money back let alone
    make profit.” Unfortunately, Tamara Tee does not have control over the
    amount of fees ****** charges or whether ****** has a policy for refunding fees
    paid in connection with advertising. Similarly, Tamara Tee does not control the
    competition that exists within the ****** market. As such, we cannot provide a
    response or explanation on behalf of ****** regarding their fees or policies. Unfortunately, Tamara Tee cannot be responsible for ensuring
    that all of its members take the time to read ******’s policies prior to
    registering with ****** as a seller, as this is not a service that Tamara Tee
    performs on its members’ behalf. ******’s
    policies and fees for all ****** sellers are publicly available on their

    You stated that “Tamara will give you one-on-one coaching (this is
    the thing that I paid for)!” However, Tamara Tee does not offer, nor does
    she provide 1 on 1 coaching. Unfortunately, this would be an impossibility due
    to large number of members Tamara Tee services. Instead, upon enrolment, the clients of Tamara Tee are encouraged to
    join a ******** group where members can ask questions and Tamara Tee and her
    staff will respond 1-1 either on a ******** group post or on a live stream. As
    such, Tamara Tee denies having made this representation about the services it
    provides. Again, we regret that your concerns were
    not raised in a timely fashion, as we could have been addressed at that time. However,
    this was not possible as you made no attempts to contact us until we had
    received these disputes.

    You stated that “the coaching that he was talking about is a ********
    group with 2500 other people *** *** *******! For a shy person like me, I would
    never ever ask my questions in that group! ******* *********! For the
    one-on-one coaching she is charging extra fee per hour ($400/hour!!!!). She
    sold the information that can be found for free on ****** ****** ********** and
    ****** ** for $5000!” Firstly, ******** categorizes “private groups” as groups
    that require administrator approval for membership. While the private group may
    have a large number of members, it remains closed to the public and requires
    permission for entry and access. Tamara Tee has no control over the number of
    members ******** allows in its private groups, or how ******** labels or
    categorizes its groups. Further, you state that the 2,500 group members “**** **** *******.” ******** ****** *** *** **** ********** ********** ******* **** *** *** ****** ******** ** *** ******* ******** ******** ******* *** ***** ****** ***** ********** ** ***** ** ** ********* ** ***** **** *** ***** ***** ******* ***** **** ******** *** ** ***** ** ************* *** ****** *** ** ******* ****** **** ** *** ***** ************ ******** ******* *** ********** *********
    Secondly, while we understand that being shy has created a barrier for you in
    utilizing Tamara Tee’s program, being “too shy” to ask questions is not
    a justified reason for failing to take advantage of services and platforms our
    program provides you access to, which are designed to help you succeed. Tamara
    Tee provides resources and access to information; however, it is up to all of Tamara
    Tee’s members, without exception, to utilize them to their fullest. Further, we
    cannot comment on the conduct of other ****** sellers and do not have knowledge
    regarding your statements pertaining to them. 

    You stated that “Tamara will give you a list of winning products that

    Tamara Tee does not guarantee outcomes or results, including claims that “you

    previously mentioned, Tamara Tee denies making these promises and guarantees. It
    would be impossible for Tamara Tee to predict the success of its members as we
    cannot foresee or control the efforts made by our members.

    by other customers about alleged statements made by Tamara Tee.

    Your contract states that “This policy is designed to encourage you
    to take action and see results.” And as such, there has been no
    misrepresentation of Tamara Tee’s obligations and members’ responsibility to
    take action and utilize the program in order to achieve success.

    Tamara Tee has fulfilled all of its obligations in accordance with your
    contract, and while we regret that discussions were not initiated by you
    earlier, as there may have been an opportunity to resolve these issues, we
    cannot accommodate your request for a refund at this time. Further, it is our
    position that your allegations against Tamara Tee are unsubstantiated. Many of
    your claims are grounded in statements made by third parties, others are entirely
    unsupported by evidence. As a result of your unfounded allegations, which have

    - Chris guaranteed a 10k profit in 3-6 months and I know that they recorded the meeting and challenge them to send that to you. Plus, I told Chris I will sell robotics stuff and he said that's fine but then figured that they say to stay away from products with batteries.

    We recorded this part of the **** call you had with Chris, and your response was: "“OK um, as I said, I saw an ad on ******* about Tamara and um, just in a couple of seconds, she caught me and I wanted to listen what she’s offering. You see these kind of ads, that be a billionaire in one day, there’s a lot on ******* but they never really caught my attention and – but this one really caught my attention because the business plan she explained really resonated with me and I thought that well, this is working, yes. Um, and about a week ago, I saw a similar ad, for another company for ***, but that did not really resonate for me – I don’t say that it doesn’t work, it definitely works, but it doesn’t resonate with my life so what Tamara said resonated with what I’m doing and what I like to do. Um, and I saw her as a very hardworking person, and the emails she sent to me was very well organized.  It showed she’s a very organized person and also I did research to see that, um, well sorry to say this, um I did research to show me that this is not a ****, do you know what I mean? And yeah… I saw some of her students and some of them were teachers, I saw engineering students, and what they said convinced me that this is not a **** and she is very successful.  I can learn a thing or two from this person so yeah, I set up this meeting, and I set up two days later after I did this research…”

    - No. You willingly provided us with your credit card number over the call and you signed a contract agreeing to these terms in the contract: "LIMITATIONS: In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of your use of the School, the Materials, or the Website, or the use or inability to access, the School, use the Materials, even if we or an have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You further agree that we are not involved in any way in your business operations and provide no representation, guarantee, or warranty in relation to your business’ performance" (evidence of signed contract with your signature and time stamp attached). You also provided images of students paying less than $5,000 for the online course.  As a business, we have the right to increase or decrease prices of our products and services that we sell - Similar to how McDonald's increases prices of their burgers. 

    Concluding, you are using the BBB complaint system as a collections agency to get a refund from our company and after **** has rejected your dispute and chargeback.  Under the BBB terms and conditions, it states on their website that you cannot use BBB for the following: 
    - Collection of payment owed for goods or services provided (BBB cannot act as a collection agency)
    - Issues based solely on dissatisfaction of price
    - Buyer’s remorse

    I have not received the promised service. Courses like yours are for $25 on *****. I asked Chris, how will be the one-on-one coaching and he said over platforms like ****. I never agreed to pay $5000 to a pre-recorded course. I paid it for one-on-one coaching that never delivered* *** ****** **** *** ***** **** **** **** You without warning and communication took my $5000 and cut my access to the course and the ** ***** so basically there is not even the course delivered! You have not kept your side of the promise of providing a one-on-one coaching.
