This document outlines the cancellation policy for both membership holders and sporadic booking (non-members) clients of Indiana Bones Dog Adventures. It includes definitions, payment terms, discontinuation of services, and procedures for cancellations and rescheduling. The policy is structured to align with ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

I. MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS

Membership Agreement Duration: 3 months (84 days)
Membership Payment Schedule: Every 4 weeks (28 days), with 3 installments per membership period

Payment

Membership clients commit to 3 months, with automatic renewal unless cancelled.

Membership rates may change annually with advanced notice.
The membership period begins on the Saturday before the first hike.

Discontinuation of the Service

Agreements are automatically renewed unless written notice is provided.
Early termination incurs a 25% fee on remaining unpaid instalments.
Paid instalments are non-refundable, except for illness or injury with a veterinarian’s note

Cancellations and Time Away

Hikes may be cancelled or rescheduled by Indiana Bones due to safety or staff capacity issues, with full refunds provided.

Severe weather cancellations offer alternative options.
Clients can reschedule with 48-hour notice; otherwise, a 100% charge applies.
Monthly rescheduling limits based on membership level:
1-2 hikes/week: 1 reschedule/month
3-5 hikes/week: 2 reschedules/month
Cancelled hikes cannot be carried over but can be replaced with coupons valid within the 3 months.

Clients may suspend membership for up to 3 weeks per year with adjusted payments.
Additional time off incurs a 50% fee per missed hike to maintain the reserved spot.
Cancelling membership requires a 6-month wait before rejoining.

II. SPORADIC BOOKING (NON-MEMBERS)

Payment

Bookings must be made online with full payment at the time of booking.
Appointments can be scheduled up to two months in advance.
Discontinuation
Clients discontinuing the service receive a 75% refund for the remaining hikes.

Cancellation

Indiana Bones may cancel hikes for safety or staff reasons, with full refunds provided.
