    Strata Reserve Planning is one of BC's oldest and largest Depreciation Report firms, with offices in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver), Vancouver Island (Victoria), and Okanagan (Vernon).


    We are respected in the industry. Strata Reserve Planning was a subject matter expert for the BC Housing Policy Branch subcommittee for the update of the Strata Property Act for Deprecation Reports. We have completed articles in the CHOA and REIBC Magazines, contributed to the UBC reserve planning course, and presented at the Property Manager Licensing course at Langara and CHMC.


    Our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), CHOA (Condominium Homeowners Association of BC), VISOA (Vancouver Island Strata Owners Association), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Canadian Condominium Institute – BC Chapter (CCI-BC) and others.
