    I have several issues with INX, a crypto and digital securities trading platform. First, they never informed me that they were opening a bank account in my name until a few days before the change was set to occur after I asked them about it. They also have excessively high fees and I wanted to close my account and they refused to do so. Instead, they are holding my account hostage and explicitly said they will not close it. I've been contacting their customer service over email (****) they respond extremely slowly, refuse to provide any kind of phone number, avoid answering certain questions and have explicitly stated they are refusing to close my account. After I filed complaints against them, they started making changes to my account in retaliation. The 2FA security feature was turned off in my account without my authorization or knowledge. My account triggers an email notification whenever I login and I can download all the logins in a report from my account. I received an email notification that 2FA had been turned off but I never authorized this action or logged into my account and I received no email notification about this login. The login report from my account showed that there was no login to my account before my 2FA was disabled. When I logged in later, the email notifications and login reports were all fine and has no issue. This means no one logged into my account when 2FA was disabled, and it was done by ***. I have repeatedly asked them about this and they claim there was a login but refuse to show me proof. I provided screenshots of email notifications with timestamps, and the login report downloaded from my account, that show there was no login before the security feature was disabled. I asked them to provide the information about the login they claim happened and they refused and lied to me. I am extremely concerned about the privacy and safety of my account, my assets in the account, and my personal information linked to my account.
