    I was making my payments Had a job issue let them know started making payments and there forward. On my credit report even when making payments reported it as a missed payment and I was 180 day over due. Just bought another car asked spring for pay out of 1400 dealership pay it out now there coming after me for another ***** thats 84 days late and I only have had my new car for 2 months and going to report to credit and 2 days ago was the first time I knew about it I thought done with them. They are scammer company never deal with them

    Terrible Experience Spring Financial Hurt My Credit Instead of Helping I signed up for Spring Financials Foundational program to rebuild my credit, based on their promise to help clients with poor credit history. On April 29, 2025, I notified them via email that I had changed my banking information. They confirmed the update on May 16, assuring me all future payments would be taken from the new account.Unfortunately, they failed to collect the payment from the new bank. I contacted customer service multiple timesvia phone, email, and live chatand each time, they confirmed the change was in place.Despite this, Spring Financial attempted to withdraw funds from my old, closed account, leading to failed payments. On Friday, I received an email threatening to report missed payments unless I sent an e-transfer by 6PM the same day. I responded immediately, explained the situation again, but they still reported me to the credit ********* a result, my credit score dropped by 47 points due to their error. Their customer service showed no urgency or accountability. This defeats the purpose of a credit rebuilding program.I am extremely disappointed and am considering legal action. I advise others to avoid this company if you value your financial stability.

    If I could leave a -5 review I would! I hope they see this and make changes. I signed up for a short term $3000 loan and opted out of the insurance and and credit repair service because I did not need it. I told the agent that I did not consent and signed the papers online as a new client (which i was informed later that, that was wrong) First bill came out and guess what was on it! It was not the $87 that I was expecting, it was well over $210 a month!!!!!!! I called back to complain and get money back but was told they cant do anything about it at the time and that I would need to call back. The sales lady had put on the optional insurance and credit rebuilding. I had an amazing credit score before this stupid business came into my life and now with the rediculous credit rebuild nonsense my credit has dropped consideribly Dont be stupid!, STAY AWAY FROM SPRING FINANCIAL!!!!! SCAM and they do not listen. I hope they go bankrupt!!!

    Buyer Beware. It is extremely deceptive that Spring Financial is actually Easy Financial. I have been called and messaged 9 times n two days (also, 8 times prior to saying No) since I clearly stated I did not want to move forward. ******* harassment is because they want their commission and do not care that I want nothing to do with them.

    Absolutely the WORSE experience. I am still waiting after 4 WEEKS for a call back to increase my loan. Every time I call, I am promised a call back asap and it never happens. They always have an excuse why the Loan team hasn't called. Extremely unprofessional and the interest rates are criminal. Please spread the word and stay away.

    Once filling out minimal information, as soon as they have your contact info, you will be constantly and relentlessly inundated with emails and phone calls from every other loan or debt type company that they sold your information to. With all of that they don't even offer you any real deals!

    I cancelled the foundation but they still took the money from my account. Service representative said they have to send it to a supervisor for review. They also lied about the date the money was coming from my account. I do not recommend this service
