    I am writing to dispute unauthorized inquiries on my credit report that I believe are the result of identity theft. I have filed a complaint with IdentityTheft.gov regarding this matter, and I am enclosing copies of that complaint along with any supporting documentation.The unauthorized inquiries in question are:Creditor: XACTUS Date of Inquiry: 10/18/2022 These inquiries were not authorized by me, and I request that you remove them from my credit report immediately. The presence of these inquiries is causing undue harm to my credit score and financial reputation.Please confirm receipt of this letter and provide me with a response outlining the actions taken regarding these unauthorized inquiries.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    Company was suppose to consolidate my credit cards and loans. Was told I have to pay a processing fee of $1000. Now company is out of business and I can't get ahold of them to return money. Nothing was done on their end except for take the money.

    I am a customer of ********************** relief They were helping with my debt. I paid them two hundred and sixty two dollars and thirty four cents out of fifteen hundred Now I cannot get ahold of them. Phone number no longer in service And website not working I'm filing a complained to get my $262.34 back.

    Oct 23 2023 I contacted Catcus Credit- I have since wanted to cancel my agreement with them as I did not provide them with the info they needed as I had a change of heart- I didnt feel comfortable with them once we spoke They took the ****** out of my account on Nov ******* There is no way to reach these people there phone numbers are "not *********** the links on the emails I have rec'd go to error code- I believe they are scammers regards *****************************

    I found out today from going online. This company has shut its doors as of November 17th. that was the same day. They sent me all my paperwork for a service. I purchased which was credit repair. they withdrew the money November 15th.* ******* **** ********* *** **** *************

    Cactus credit called me and I agreed to have my credit score worked on, payed money up front and have had payments coming from my account actively and no one will contact me , all emails get sent back, phone number is cut off.. *** **** ***** ********* ** * *** ******* ** * ********* Please help.     Hi I signed up with Cactus Credit, **** **** ***** * ******** ********. Their business now says closed and thier number is disconnected. Can they still take money out? why did they sign me up when they knew they were closing the company?

    Within 24hours of signing up I had buyers remorse and called them. Told them I could not afford program at the time they convinced me to wait a couple of weeks to give it a chance. Called and emailed a few weeks later and was told I could not turn back. They took their first payment on October 27th and the took a second payment unauthorized on nov 10th. Called them and told them to put my money back. They asked me to wait until Nov 15th for them to investigate. Called back phone stated to check number. Have tried calling ******* ********* and ****** all phones out of service stopped payment for upcoming payment on the 28th but now hearing through customer complaints they will try different amounts. Website says ********* permantly closed.

    I talked to them about a consumer proposal, they took the first two payments of $174.83 each, so they could start the process. Each month after that is supposed to be 148 I believe. I've been unable to get in touch with them, they're not answering texts or emails. Also unsuccessful on the phone and actually today the recording says that the number is not listed anymore. I'm hoping you can help me, I really couldn't afford that money and I have no heat right now since my hydro is off
