I discovered a problem with my PC desktop computer - the boot and system partitions were on different drives. I researched the problem and how to solve it using REMOVEDand Bing search engines as well as REMOVEDOpera, and ChatGPT AI assistants. I also researched solutions including disk management products from MiniTool, Easus, Windows, and Paragon. I have used MiniTool Partition Manager Free and REMOVEDEdition off and on for roughly 15 years, but I could not find any way to solve my problem - except that several online sources, including documentation from MiniTool, MiniTool's Professional could solve the problem - and every article that . So I bought that product. I was fairly simple to complete the first step in solving my problem, but MiniTool's instructions were pretty much useless when it came to the final (and most complicated) step. I was disappointed and did further research, but I was not able to complete the solution. I requested a refund under MiniTool's 30-day refund policy for the software, but I was denied on the basis that the problem was related to my computer's BIOS, which is on the motherboard, and therefore was not covered by MiniTool. I was eventually told that I was no eligible for a refund because I had not read the Product Description and/or tried the Free Edition and that the problem was not MiniTool's fault. Both are untrue since the information I received from MiniTool did state that their software could, in fact, solve the problem.
