    I purchased an Epson printer, I had a problem connecting my Epson to my lab top so there was a a support telephone # **********. in the Epson brochure. The call was assigned to a *****, Manager. I have copies of the receipt/invoice. *****. Manager was doing problem shooting on my HP lab top and said you have ************* need to get protection on your lab top right away, he then said you have ***** and provide me explicit pics of naked *********** having ***, i was shocked This was his scram & selling point for me to get protection on my computer for $229, for which I purchased on 9/13/23. From that point on he harassed me calling & calling sometimes I would just hang up when I hear his voice. When I knew ***** was a scam artist I picked up the ********** said your ** has been compromised and then he showed me the exact same ***** pic again, I believe I paid him $125 for another protection for one year, A few months later he began to continuous call me I would hang up. Calling 3 of 4 times a day, he was changing # all the time and started recognizing my voice say ***** I know thats you who does this crazy crap!! I NEED THIS ***** TO STOP CALLING ME and disconnect from my computer. I checked with ****** and verified that I have never had malware or *****. I want my money back. So I did a little digging about this company there are two locations that this *************** is under the umbrella of **************************. The two address are ************************************************************************************, 2nd location *******************************************************************************. The receipt I received (photo of receipt) gave his name *****, Manager, my customer ID ***** 8852, 3 yr HP **** Invoice # MWM 9001

    I feel that I should receive a refund based on this man sending me pornographic pictures. Norton verified that there was no malware in my computer.

    My computer was not working and tried to upload the proof of payment. My I phone would not upload the verification so you should have received an email with the upload from family member, Theodore Ruffin ( theoalexruffin@gmail .com)
