    I have had a yearly subscription for a REMOVEDsoftware service for a few years now. I have found that I don't use the software and have been planning to cancel. I recently received a 30 day renewal notice on March 30 stating that I had an invoice for the upcoming year that I had to pay. I responded on March REMOVEDthe previous year I was agreeing to a contract whereby I would need to give 30 days notice to cancel. They are also saying that they sent reminder emails at 30 and 60 days prior, but I have thoroughly checked my email (including trash and spam) and cannot find these emails anywhere. I would have responded to the emails at the time because this is an expensive software that I definitely did not wish to continue with. REMOVEDis insisting that they sent the emails but I have no record of them. So it is their word against mine. The options they are giving me are to either pay for the upcoming year again at a cost of $897.12 or pay a cancellation fee of $263.34 plus tax. These practices seem completely unreasonable when I gave plenty of notice and did not receive the reminder emails that they are claiming to have sent. I have asked for this to be escalated to higher management but nothing is being done about this. REMOVED

    On February 11, 2024 Maximizer staff, without any notice to me, chose to delete my complete CRM of 34 years. They basically deleted +12,000 clients/contacts/information including all notes.
    I was told on February 28, 2024 by Brian AREMOVEDthat they could not retrieve any of my information. It was disclosed to me that they only back up data for 9 days.
    I have attached, in pdf format, the complete email correspondance. I am seeking your direction in this matter. Thank you.
