    I have been a customer for several years with no complaints about the service. However, the recent new app/software, whatever it's called, has never worked properly for me. It will not show me my computer on the devices page. It says I have 0 devices. This means that I have to use customer service if I ever need to perform a recovery action. There is no way I can access these actions myself, so if something happens outside of customer service business hours, I am stuck.I have been in contact with customer service multiple times about this issue. I have been assured that the issue will be escalated, but nothing happens. This has been going on for a few weeks now with no further updates. I long ago took the computer actions that were suggested.I would appreciate getting the service I paid for.
