BBB reached out to the business with letters on August 17, 2021, November 4, 2021 and on January 25, 2022 to confirm details about their business location, return policy and any possible affiliations with the above-listed businesses that share the same address. BBB also checked the database of the City of Vancouver on February 23, 2022 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address.
As of February 23, 2022 BBB has not received a response from BowlSparkle. The website for the company, https://buybowlsparkle.com/ is still active.
