    I booked a Mold Removal Package interior detailing scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, 2024, 10:30 AM PST for which I paid $472.50 paid with Mastercard 4351 on February 12, 2024 at 12:02 PM. The technician who performed the service used chemical products applying them directly on the surface of the interiors of my car and caused damage to all the interiors with very visible stains left and still to this day present. I informed the company that sent another technician but they were unable to do so and informed me that the damage was permanent because they used the wrong chemicals and applied them directly on the surface. Therefore I reached out again to the company that sent another technician who, once again, confirmed that they couldn't remove the stains and was advised over the phone by their supervisor Shima to not do anything else. I have been provided with the contact number of another business that does specific stains removals and have been told to arrange with them a meeting to take alook at the damage. I find it absurd that I have to take it upon myself to find ways to fix the damage that they caused but I still went on and called. As I work 15-17hrs per day in the film industry I'm available only on weekends (hence why I booked a detailing with a mobile service that operates on weekends) but the technician told me that he is available only during the week and that I'd have to drive my car to Delta if I want him to take a look at it on a Saturday. On Wednesday March 6 at *****am, right after the phone call, I sent him the photos of the damage to his wife's phone number as requested but he never returned my call or reached out to me as he promised to do over the phone. I wrote other two emails on Friday March 5 to Shiny to expedite the process and they told me again to arrange with this third party company. I do not think it is my responsibility to find a solution to the damage caused by Shiny. I informed the police and they asked to contact you directly.

    I have an entire play by play situation typed out but it well exceeds the characters allowed in this box. It did for ****** as well, but happy to provide the full story if needed. I also have more photos but had trouble uploading them (I think exceeded file size).I booked a full service interior detailing on September 16th, 2023. The cost, with tip, was $375. I paid for the highest package, with a seat shampoo and pet hair removal add on. Two gentleman came to service my car and did a horrible job. First 8 photos are from the first clean.Shiny offered a recall clean and sent a technician over the following week. I'm able to recognize that things don't always go as planned so I was happy with a redo appointment. It was the same person and he did the best he could with the 30 minutes that the company gave him... but that was not nearly enough time to clean up the mess they created after week 1. Last amount of photos are after the second clean.I have been going back and forth with Shiny since the second clean on September 23rd. I feel as if I an entitled to either a full refund, as the service was not a detail but instead a basic vacuum of my car, OR I'm entitled to* a full, 3 hour service from top to bottom again as would have been performed on September 16th as this is what I paid for.The company has given me little to no communication all week. They finally reached out on September 28th and told me they are offering me $100 off (a little over 30%) or a 1 hour recall service. I can see on their other ****** reviews they have fully refunded people in the past. Additionally, a 1 hour recall appointment is not enough time for the job to be fully complete. Shiny does not seem to understand this.I am taking my issue here as I am getting absolutely nowhere with the company. They refuse to have a manager or other higher up call me to resolve this issue, and are instead getting their front desk woman to speak to me who has little say in resolutions in seems like.
