      I placed two seperate orders with Headphone Bar, both through ******. One order was for **** ** in the amount of $1064 including shipping and gst. The other order was for **** **** in the amount of $249. I sent an e mail to the seller asking for shipping information and was told that both of my orders have been sent in the same Expedited Parcel. This should have been a red flag for me. When I received the parcel I found that it only contained the **** ** ** and the **** ** ( cost of $1064 ) was not in the parcel. I sent an e mail to the seller within minutes of receiving the parcel and asking him where is the **** **. In response TRAVIS R***, the owner, said that both the orders were supposed to be in the same parcel unless someone took the **** ** and asked me to provide the photographs of parcel and packaging, which I sent immediately. In response Travis stated that he will get back to me shortly and may come to pick up the packaging on Wednesday. This I felt as a bit odd as the seller is in Vancouver and I am in Edmonton but still I told him that he is most welcome and that I am keeping the packaging safe with me. TRAVIS also said that he will get back to me shortly but I have not heard back from him since last three days, despite of sending him reminders to get back to me with an update. TRAVIS has disappeared completely as he is not responding at all. I have proof of my statements in the form of e mail exchanges With TRAVIS ****. I want a refund in the amount of C$ 1064.
