    I purchased Ballistic Shooting Glasses from FortKnight Optics on August 11, 2025 for $199.99 USD. They were delivered on August 14th and the website says they have free returns within 30 days. On September 7, I emailed them to say the glasses kept fogging up while my husband was using them during a training exercise; he is a first responder. I requested a return and refund. I had already checked their website and my order email but it did not contain an option to initiate a return. Since then I have sent a total of 3 emails, left two voicemails, tried to chat through their website, sent a direct message through their instagram account. There has been no response. When I tried the chat option through the website, someone replied saying he had been traveling and would look at my email the next day. That was September 9. When I tried chatting again there was no response. I have screenshots of all attempts at communication.

    This customer was issued a prepaid return shipping label for the item that did not fit, on September 11th.  We are still awaiting return of this item.

    We also do not consent to our brand trademarks being used by your organization.  Kindly do not contact us again regarding this matter, as the "Better Business Bureau" has no legal authority.

    I have shipped the item back and waiting for a refund. Once the refund has been issued, I will be satisfied with the case being closed. I understand that some time has to be allowed for the package to be in transit via usps.
