Sukhi Bath Motors initially agreed and refunded our deposit. However, upon our visit on May 14, 2024, Mrs. ********** (General Manager) informed us of a penalty of $3,094.93 ( Documentations fee $799 + BC Sales tax (PST 7% $2,295.93) for canceling the loan, claiming the loan had already been approved. Additionally, they have even mentioned to leave the vehicle at my doorstep, despite the fact that I have never taken possession of the car or registered it in my name.Request:Given this situation and the undue stress caused by miscommunication and misinformation, I formally request the following:Immediate cancellation of the loan application associated with this vehicle purchase.Confirmation of the termination of the vehicle purchase agreement with Sukhi Bath Motors without any penalties or fees.Written confirmation from both the ************* of Canada and Sukhi Bath Motors acknowledging the cancellation.This request is made in good faith to avoid financial hardship and undue burden.     I was sold a faulty car promising the company would pay for the repairs I complained multiple times with no response. Then the company kept saying your fine the cars fine till I almost got in a 3 car ******** they then checked the car after 2 times of already checking saying its a differential issue ***** job and they could can do it.     To Whom It May ******************************** letter is in response to the complaint filed by ***************************** on June 21st, 2023.

    ******* purchased a 2019 ****** ***** from Sukhi Bath Motors on March 13th, 2023. A Safety Inspection was completed by the ****************** prior to the sale of the vehicle and had passed (see attached). At the time of purchase, the odometer reading was ******* KMS. Intially, ******* complained that the brakes were noisy and requested them to be replaced. Sukhi Bath Motors replaced the brakes of this vehicle at no additional cost to *******. It was also mentioned to ******* at this point that the front sensor required calibration. The ****************** advised her that we cannot do the calibration at our dealership and that it had to be taken to ******. It was mentioned to ******* that there would be no additional cost for this either. We made multiple appointments at ****** for *******, however, she failed to show up for her scheduled appointment and continue to drive the vehicle.

    On June 16th, 2023, ******* visited Sukhi Bath Motors complaining of a noise coming from her vehicle. Upon inspection, a foreign object (bungee cord) was found entangled in the front left shock. This foreign object does not belong to Sukhi Bath Motors and was not there during the initial Safety Inspection prior to the sale. We believe that ********************* have taken this vehicle to a different repair shop and this foreign object may have been left behind by a mechanic. After removing the foreign object, our service technician took the vehicle on a test drive and the noise disappreared. The vehicle was then returned to *******. The vehicle was inspected at no additional cost to ***************

    On June 17th, 2023, ******* returned to the dealership again complaining of a noise. Again, the vehicle was inspected and the service technician suspected there may be an issue with the rear differential. Upon inspection, it was discovered that the rear differential had been damaged and required replacement. This was due to oil leaking from the differential right hand seal which caused the coupler to fail. At this point, the odometer reading was at ******* KMS. In conclusion, this issue was caused due to neglect by the customer because this damage was not there during the intial Safety Inspection. It may have been caused through harsh environmental or operating conditions and excessive speeds or loads.

    We provided ******* with a Repair Estimate (see attached), however, she in return became extremely rude, disrectful and verbally absuive to staff. She caused both staff and customers to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. During this time period, all of the staff at Sukhi Bath Motors, both in the **************** and ******************, spoke very respectfully to *******. I was about to contact the ***** but then ******* left the dealership.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This information from Suhki Bath Motors is complete false.

    I am not able to upload my proof on here as I am working on my work computer I have been trying to reach someone regarding the website and the fact I wanted to upload . 

    That being said I have receipts from ****** who had to repair my vehicle they also recorded a video and took pictures as they couldn't believe that I was sold or drove this vehicle for safety reasons.

    Also they said they would call police on me because I was crying and they said it looked bad to the other customers that were in the store that day.

    I have no reason to lie and I need to make sure this company is not able to do what they did to me to another family *** ******** **** ******* * ***** **** ** * *** ***** ******* *** ****** **** **** *****

    I have heard form multiple people this is what they are known for and the whole purpose of this is to make sure they have some repercussion as I did nothing wrong besides trust them and now had to pay a big amount.

    I had complained about the issues of the vehicle multiple times even the day of purchasing they were ******* me to sign the papers and then they said service had a look at my vehicle everything was fine. They have done this to me already with another vehicle and I can explain in full what they did to the ******** 300 I purchased because this has happened already I could not let this one slide.

    I need someone to stop them from doing this I would like to take full action and I am prepared to take the stand against this poor buisnesss.

    I have receipts of the cost videos and pictures also I spoke to witnesses about the vehicle my ** workers.

    Sold me truck will not let me return with 24 hrs and still no solution 2 weeks later

      Bought a truck … that was to be in my price range but went $25k over and $300-$400 more on payments a month.  
    put me into something I didn’t want.  Has not let me return 3 out of the 10 days  - first time was within 12-18hrs ! 
    still tried again to day and nope would not let me leave it and sign off on loan 

    I must !!!! Trade with them 

    but I now do not trust in them ! (***** ***** *******)

    Please help me with this… I went to look at a car at Sukhi bath motors July 31 22 they were going to pre approve me for a loan as this was Sunday long weekend discussed coming back on Tuesday as the car needed some repairs vehicle trim falling off (they said they would glue back on) needed the paint fixed and few other items. They told me that the car must be registered under my name to apply for pre approval, even though I made it clear would not be taking the car and made several requests to wait until Tuesday they refused saying need to pre approve. Took the insurance off my current car and put on the one at dealership and then proceeded to put a permit on my car until Tuesday, When I called on Tuesday the 2nd they told me to come pick up the car as it’s in my name and it is parked on the street and I would le liable for towing and or damage/accident.
    They did no income verification at all and pulled the trigger on the loan Paystubs have no name or dress on them so they should have called my employer to verify that they were in fact mine one of the reasons I would have had to come back.. I have explained I cannot afford and they will not allow me to take my name off the car. I don’t have keys and never took the car. I have tried to reason and they don’t care that that I’m not in a position to make such a purchase. They told me there is a 3 month free for payment which was not true. ** *** ***** **** **** ******* ******* **** ****** * *** ****** ** ********* ****.
    This dealership stated it’s never about the money yet the loan lender clearly stated that they could just cancel on their end and they are refusing. They we’re supposed to take 340 biweekly and instead took a different amount from my bank are they allowed to do that? They have also breached my privacy by speaking to people I know about reaching out to them to get me to come pick up the car. I am simply wanting my name off the car and the resolve on their end is to pick up the car or find another one o

They have both agreed to take the 2018 ***** *** purchased by *** ****** on July 31st, 2022. *** ****** and her father have requested to cancel the Extended Warranty and to also receive credit for the *** lien registered on a secondary vehicle which was paid by her father.

      Sukhi Bath Motors has processed both items as mentioned-above and the matter has now been resolved. *** ******** vehicle is available for pick up at any time.

    I am rejecting this response because: this issue is not resolved.In the dealerships response it states that I agreed to take the vehicle which was never the case. We went to the dealership as agreed. SuKhi Bath has the check from **** for the loan under my name and will not give back to the bank until I have made a purchase of at least 24K before they will return the monies to the bank.

    They have me trapped at the moment holding the monies. We went to the lot to try to find a car there was nothing in the price range on the lot at all and they would not compromise on a price of at all. The one car that we tried to get they would only come down $300 with cash even and no trade in still unable to afford.

    I am in a situation where I was in an accident with the previous car and is now being salvaged and tried to reason with them to close the issue out they are unagreeable. I am needing to purchase a car by Wednesday morning for me to continue getting to and from work to keep my job as well they continue to keep my name  on the registration for the original car they put into my name. I am needing them to give the monies back to the bank and and take my name off the registration and allow me to purchase a car that is suitable for me as well as in my budget, I never wanted the original car and they have we trapped with holing the loan so I cannot get another car. 

    The car is still at the dealership as I never took the car or the keys or accepted that I agreed to purchase the car at all as it is double what I am able to afford. This is not fair as it is now affecting my credit and my lively hood 

    They are requesting I close this case with BBB and removed/change all my social media. This is not an option for me at this time and will update the media posts soon as I am needing this to be over and to move on. 

    The bank has now told me the car that is registered in my name at the dealership will be repossessed as the payments are in arrears. The bank was to start payment on Aug 30 according to the paperwork and they attempted to take two payments in July. None of these things follow the agreement and therefor should be considered a breach. The *** check and the extended warranty check will be directly applied back to the loan they have under my name as they are both cancelled and have been assured by the dealership the monies have been sent.  

    So outstanding is the transfer of registration off of my name on the ***** and the monies to be sent back to the bank as they have the asset and the money.

    I purchased a new car from them, when I test drive the car the radio didn’t work and it was on E I told them that I wanted the radio fixed and a full tank of fuel and they agreed. My loan was presented to me as $400 a month and $500 cash back. They at this time told me it’s just the screen that needs to be fixed and that they wouldn’t fix that. I said ok and would have it fixed. Turns out that the radio needed to go to the dealership as they are the only ones able to supply this part. I said ok and would bring it there and let them know the cost. I called them after bringing he car to the dealership, the quote is for $1500 the screen is fine but the computer for the car is fried and needs to be replaced. There are exposed wires as well which is concerning. I called them and told them this and they were extremely rude and said no we won’t pay for anything that’s what yhe $500 was for. The $500 was cash back for me to do what ever I want not to fix a car I just bought. The sales man hung up on me. I called back and talked to the manager. He yelled at me and hung up on me. I called the mechanic that agreed it should be fixed by then and that the sales man would write the paperwork. I called the salesman back and he refused. In the mix of all this the cars engine light came on 4 times. They fixed it once and I brought it in again and they “fixed” it again. Gave me a loner car in a heat wave with no air conditioning. Light turned on after I picked it back up on my way home. I’m very frustrated. I love my car and just want it to be in working order. There doesn’t seem to be any rights for people when they buy cars at dealers

    *** **** ****** purchased a 2017 ********* ***** from Sukhi B*** Motors on July 18th, 2022. At the time of purchase, the radio was not working and this was disclosed to ** . ******. **. ****** met with the Sales Manager and agreed on a cashback/compensation amount of $500.00. It was understood that this amount was to compensate for the radio not working so that **. ****** could purchase a new radio (non-OEM). **. ****** was also informed that he would have to go to the local Chevrolet dealership and have the radio reprogrammed and coded as they are the only ones who can do it. **. ****** agreed to this and was given a $500.00 cheque.

    My understanding is that **. ****** purchased an OEM radio instead of a non-OEM radio which is more expensive and hence why the cost increased to $1,500.00. The agreement **. ****** had with Sukhi B*** Motors was for a non-OEM radio and this is why he was given $500.00.

    In regards to the engine light, our Service Technicians diagnosed the vehicle and discovered some cylinders were misfiring. New spark plugs and coils were installed at no additional charge and the issue was solved. 

    The team at Sukhi B*** Motors has completed all requests for **. ****** to ensure his satisfaction. Please bear in mind that dealerships only repair safety-related issues and that used/Pre-Owned vehicles will not always be 100% perfect. We do however strive to correct all issues to the best of our ability and we feel we have done our best to address **. ******'s concerns despite the fact that it was a non-safety related complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because: the loan was presented to me in such a way that that I was given $500 cash back through the creditor not through Sukhi b*** motors. There was no agreement that I was to use this money for an aftermarket radio. This discussion never took place. I was told that the radio could only be repaired by the dealership and I would need to bring it to them for repair. I did that and provided the quote as agreed. They didn’t like the quote and refused to pay it as agreed on various levels of their company. I discussed this with the mechanic and he was also in agreement that the quote is accuracy and that it would be paid for by the company. The original quote amount was for below $1500 and the actual cost was actually much cheaper now that I have had the repair completed. The final total is for $967.28. I made a simple request for the company to provide a working and safe vehicle and was treated extremely poorly like many other people that have written about them on their reviews pages. The part in question controls the SOS feature on star road side assistance back up camera and navigation system. All of which provide the driver with safety features in the event of an incident. I have all my documentation from the dealership which provides no information regarding an “agreement” with a radio, that the radio is broken, or that I was to use a cash back option with my loan to repair the vehicle.
