    In ******, you can get a certificate by paying money without taking an exam! This is what happened in this private ************** They only accept cash, and they never provide receipts unless you ask!

    I was suppose to book an appointment to take a food safe renewed certification course. I paid online through ********** on their website after I called them to make an appointment to attend the class, my co-worker said she knew one person who worked at the Center (The Study Hub Academy). She helped me contact them to make an appointment and they gave me a time but I was too busy so she referred me to them and they said if I paid a little more, they will send me a new certification without attending the class. After my first attempt to pay, it didnt go through so I tried again and it didnt go through as well but I still have my bank statement showing the money that came out of my account. They recommended me to pay in cash so I gave my money to my co-worker to pay again so see if I can receive my certificate. I received it right away so 2 weeks later, I came into the center to ask the man at the front if I could get some of my money back because I paid 3 times and wanted a refund for the other 2 times that supposedly didnt go through to them. When I went inside, I showed them my bank history that the money did go through and then he said they dont have a payment option on their website even though they did. He didnt believe me when I showed them their website and my bank statement so I asked them to show me the receipt for my cash payment and he still said he didnt have any history of my payments. Suddenly he started getting frustrated and raised his voice at me and told me to get out of their building so I basically left right afterwards. 


    I also want to mention, I accidentally typed the wrong address. If possible, could you change it to 14750 109 ave.
