On September 9, 2023 and October 3, 2023 BBB contacted the business regarding its online advertised claims. BBB requested that the business substantiate, modify, or discontinue claims advertised on the company's website.

3. "7+ Years of Experience"
According to the BBB Code of Advertising, “'Satisfaction guarantee,’ ‘money back guarantee,’ ‘free trial offer,’ or similar representations should be used in advertising only if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product at the purchaser's request. When ‘satisfaction guarantee’ or similar representations are used in advertising, any material limitations or conditions that apply to the guarantee should be clearly and prominently disclosed.”
BBB also asked for substantiation in regards to their business start date and about their discounts. According to the BBB Code of Advertising, advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast.
As of January 3, 2024, the company has not responded to our request for advertising substantiation.
