my experiance stopped at the contact level. My calls didnt not go through. I tried the **** option. apparently it's a real person who takes care of that. but thats all i found out. my questions went unanswered and was at one time directed to online booking. I wanted a little information thats it. but i guess they were too busy counting their money or what ever very popular salons with no time to take care of potential clientele do. decide for yourself. I am not about to chase a business to spent my money in. as far as i was concerned they were not interested in my needs and what i would have liked to purchase yes PURCHASE as far as product lines. Oh mr **** guy didnt even as my name or get my contact info to pass on to someone, yes super sketchy

We have been in contact with **** and it has been difficult understanding how her needs were not met. **** was talking to our Chat Host online, which we have no control over and she does not seem to have an understanding of this. Ajays communication with us through email have been combative, unkind and berating. Technical difficulties experienced by a person is out of our control. According to the transcripts of the conversation with the Chat Host, her inquiries were answered accordingly. She seems to be stuck on the fact that the Host did not ask for her information, but, like this review, her information is in the heading. There was no need for the Host to require her information, as they do not pass messages, they are there to answer questions to the best of their ability. **** has been combative in her email responses and there does not seem to be anything we can do to appease her.

Firstly, I already paid 1 dollar for the appointment, but the cashier still asked me to pay the full price.Secondly, the cashier didnt notify me that there is a credit card fee on it.Lastly, I also paid tips for the spa service and cream products. The cashier didnt ask me to pay the bill separately. I should not pay the tip for the cream products.

We have been in contact with the client and have resolved the matter privately. *** has confirmed she will be retracting her complaint.

in the case that she does not revoke her complaint, we have been working with her through messaging and after speaking with her on the phone, she apologized for not understanding our correspondence, as English is not her first language.

I have proof of our conversation and proof of refund - *** is correct in she should not have tipped on products. She understands that the $1 charged on her card was credited on her service she received and she is aware of the credit card fee. We have met with our front end team to ensure we are verbally informing our guests of the credit card fee and asking if theyd like to pay using a different method.

Please let us know if she has retracted her complaint and if you require our proof of communication and refund authorization number.

    Thank you,

    Eilah
