    We have changed propane providers and Super Save is billing us for tank removal. They claim I was advised of this from the beginning on the second page of the contract I signed but I was only shown one page of this and only signed one page which did have a section that said removal charge which just had a - in this area indicating to me no charges. When I requested a copy of what I signed to agree to removal charges they sent me the two pages but I did not sign the second page indicating removal charges would apply. I have told them a few times I was not given this page from the onset of the contract and would not pay this. They are not very polite in advising me that the charges will stand as I agreed to them which again I did not. I disagree that they can pull up a new part of a contract when it suits them to me this is contract fraud. It is not a huge charge so its not as much the money as standing by the contact as it was given to me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Please note that all the terms and conditions are clearly listed on the agreement form that the customer signed.  It's standard that the customer signs page 1 acknowledging the terms listed on pages 1 and 2.
