I had a very unfortunate experience with Papa Plumbing. I called and requested a service on my building for a plugged drain. The contact on the phone indicated it would be $185 per hour, 2 hour minimum. The technician arrived, did a great job, I helped with the work, and it was cleared out in 1 hour 25 minutes. When he wrote me up the invoice, it was over $800. I shared with him that the agreed upon cost should have been about $400. He showed me a text that he had received from his office showing that it was a 2 hour minimum. Despite this he called the owner (ken) and ken told me that it would not be $400 and that I had misheard him (this was not true given the text). It became very uncomfortable as I tried to navigate this. The work was great, but the business is a bait and switch model. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to in this case. I would never use this company again due to their lack of honesty.

Worst experience ever! I had an issue with my broiler, as the service light kept turning on which would prevent hot water from running. This would only go back to normal, temporarily after resetting the system. After calling Papa Plumbing, they sent a specialist in, he took it apart, did some cleaning, which was around $150, and then told me that it needs a new flame sensor, I agreed and they placed the order for it. Cut to the day the new sensor arrives and I was told it would cost $700 including the service fee, I had asked about its warranty and I was told 1 year. However, a couple days later the issue still remains, as the same light came back. I called Papa Plumbing, and they sent someone over. The specialist who came called the broiler manufacturer, for assistance on how to resolve the issue, but all he did was push some buttons in hopes of working around the computer system. They have no longer been picking up my calls, I have paid a total of $850 and the issue still is exactly the same.Papa Plumbing, Heating & Drainage Ltd. Response

?? my 40 yr old furnace finally packed it in. Called Papa heating talked to Manj the service tech to price a replacement or repair, he came to my house the next morning , after assessing the old furnace I decided to replace it . He quoted me an all in price ,was better than the other 3 . On the 21 April Adrian & Josh showed up on time . These 2 young technicians were very professional, courteous, polite and knew their business. I was very impressed, 6.5 hrs later I had heat &was very happy. They cleaned up & made sure the furnace was running properly. I would recommend Papas to anyone, GOOD JOB . **** ** ***** ******* *****Review from Sue M

We required both our furnace and fireplace to be inspected and serviced before winter. Through BBB , I was contacted by several companies and decided to employ Papa Plumbing, Heating & Drainage Ltd. My husband reviewed the work that was being done and told me that this technician, Josh, was the best we have ever employed to service our furnace. This company is reasonable and gave me a quote prior to doing the work. I give this company 5 stars for the excellent work. Thank you.Review from Don W

We’ve used their services for completely renovating our ensuite bathroom, installing a new furnace and water heater. They were on time, professional and fair priced. We recommended them to a relative who has cast iron plumbing. They responded quickly to the emergency. They repaired the very badly broken pipe minimizing the damage from the water leak. Highly professional. Always replied to ANY quarries I made. I Called Papa Plumbing to service my furnace. Wayne showed up, went through the whole system, cleaned and serviced in a very professional manner. Tested and confirmed that furnace is working and ready for winter. I would strongly recommend these guys any day. Fully satisfied with the service and professionalism
