I can't say I can recommend them. I called them on Friday after a different company alerted me that our water pressure in the house was twice over what it should be and we needed a plumber to change the water pressure regulator. I needed someone today (Saturday) as we weren't available other days. They said they could come and quoted me a $1,000 for a water pressure regulator. It seemed like a high price but I didn't know better and I agreed to it though I did mention it sounded expensive. When the worker came and did the job, we had an initial good experience. He did the job very rapidly. As in 20min from the time he had the right part. Then, comes payment, he quotes us $1,285 + tax. I was taken aback and I told him I had been quoted $1,000. My husband was livid as he felt we were being ******. The worker called office and came back with $1,100 as a flat fee which I paid as I had agreed on the phone. With hindsight, the part costs $150. The job wasn't involving crawling under the house whatsoever and it was a quick job, done under 1h. Yes, it was a weekend but the bill doesn't provide any breakdown of the price. It feels like I've been taken advantage, maybe because I sounded like a desparate woman? That kind of money will take me weeks of work to achieve.

Tech checked my furnace told me I needed a new gas valve. He told me the cost would be $1,998.00. He left to go get the part and thankfully the supplier was closed. This allowed me some time to do some research. I searched the part number of the valve and found it could be bought for $100 to $300.I called another company and had the come and check my furnace. They agreed the gas valve was faulty but quote for parts and labour was $600. I was very luck the supplier was closed that day. I would not trust PPa Plumping to install a garden hose

Hi ****, I am sorry to hear that you had this experience. Can you please call our office at ************ and talk to Kal. If you could please also forward any quote you received, as there seems to be a misunderstanding on the cost here. The average cost for something like this is $600-$800

*************** had used Papa's Plumbing several times the past few years and thought them to conduct themselves in a professional manner and made recommendations to family and friends. After my last experience my opinion changed dramatically. I requested a service on a one-year-old furnace which was installed by them and had become excessively noisy. A technician arrived on site and told me the filter was dirty and that the 4" wall cavity was insufficient. My response was that this cavity was framed in with 6-inch studs. he told me give it a week. A week passed and I requested another service, technician arrived, I told a dirty filter and cold air return is too small. told him the filter was replaced a week ago. His response another filter with less restriction. he suggested turned down the fan speed to minimize the noise. We tried that, did not work. Another service call, technician on site. He started to talk about the situation and was interrupted my wife. He then was unprofessional, had no customer service, told her she was rude and gave her no time to apologize. A confrontation started he left the house and said no one from Papa's Pluming would make a house call here again. I contacted Papa's Plumbing a few days later and was told any service call to my home would be a $1000 call out before service would start. He was told he would not be starting. ***** ***** ***** * ** *** ******* ******* ** ** ********* *********** ** ****

I had a very unfortunate experience with Papa Plumbing. I called and requested a service on my building for a plugged drain. The contact on the phone indicated it would be $185 per hour, 2 hour minimum. The technician arrived, did a great job, I helped with the work, and it was cleared out in 1 hour 25 minutes. When he wrote me up the invoice, it was over $800. I shared with him that the agreed upon cost should have been about $400. He showed me a text that he had received from his office showing that it was a 2 hour minimum. Despite this he called the owner (ken) and ken told me that it would not be $400 and that I had misheard him (this was not true given the text). It became very uncomfortable as I tried to navigate this. The work was great, but the business is a bait and switch model. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to in this case. I would never use this company again due to their lack of honesty.

Worst experience ever! I had an issue with my broiler, as the service light kept turning on which would prevent hot water from running. This would only go back to normal, temporarily after resetting the system. After calling Papa Plumbing, they sent a specialist in, he took it apart, did some cleaning, which was around $150, and then told me that it needs a new flame sensor, I agreed and they placed the order for it. Cut to the day the new sensor arrives and I was told it would cost $700 including the service fee, I had asked about its warranty and I was told 1 year. However, a couple days later the issue still remains, as the same light came back. I called Papa Plumbing, and they sent someone over. The specialist who came called the broiler manufacturer, for assistance on how to resolve the issue, but all he did was push some buttons in hopes of working around the computer system. They have no longer been picking up my calls, I have paid a total of $850 and the issue still is exactly the same.
