On September 24th, a technician from this company visited my home. The company demanded full payment in advance $570.00. The technician went to the attic and set two rat traps (Approximately 15 minutes). He did not address my concerns about access points. I complained to the company later that day, stating I was not satisfied. The process was insufficient to prevent vermin from entering my home. I was told to wait, and that it would be done in a few months. I was given an excuse regarding smell, not to block access, which made no logical sense. More rats could continue to come inside. I was distressed about the approach from this company. 2 1/2 weeks later, I was called to book a follow-up to the traps. I was asked if there was any noise. I said it was an attic, and it was it was different to hear. I was told, "Oh, sounds like it's all fixed." The agreed-upon day came, and there was no call to cancel, and no one attended. I have used other companies in past and never experienced similar indifference. I wrote a formal email cancelling my contract and requesting a refund and no further contact. The company emailed me again, wanting to book another visit. I am ignoring any further contact because I notified them in advance in writing. I am very disappointed with the service offered by this company, the lack of expertise, and their communication style.

    Hello,

This is Elite Pest Control. We had gotten in touch with our customer ****, the amount was $525. She complained for the issue in the attic only and the technician was advised of that by her. So he placed appropriate preventative traps and treatment for the rodent issue in the attic. The customer had reached out that they wanted their entry points sealed, we assured the customer we will place preventative measures around their full home on the next visit and that we will seal all the entry points for them as that is included in the package. We explained to the customer that the rodent ********************** process does take some time. We also advised the customer of our approach of sealing the entry points on the last visit once we confirm the rodents are 100% eliminated from their home. This way we guarantee our work 100% and prevent rodents from dying inside the walls as this prevents the smell caused by decaying dead rodents in the walls. We also contacted the customer to know how the activity was in their home, and to let us know if they heard any noises. We also asked to schedule their next visit. Ms. ******* agreed, and when the technician was to arrive, they did not answer their phone to confirm if theyre home or not. Then when we were finally able to get in touch to schedule their next visit after a few phone calls, we had advised the customer of a date but had to later reschedule due to the technician falling very ill. The customer did not answer our calls or respond to our emails. We are still available and willing to offer our services if the customer responds to our calls or emails.

We hope this addresses the concerns and we can be contacted via email or a simple phone call at any given time.

    Thank you for your time.
