    Dates & payment: I paid Freedom By FBA ***************** (online course at ************************) $4,000 in seven card charges between 15 Aug 2023 20 Feb 2024.What was promised: Course videos and ads stated students should expect ***** % profit after all ****** fees and recommended a $100/day launch ad budget, while ******** reels touted $10k/month potential working 13 hrs/day.What happened: After following the curriculum, Amazons actual fees (referral + FBA + storage + *************** fees) averaged 45 % of sales. Ad spenddriven by the courses budget advicetotaled $8,000 (73 % of sales) with no training on controlling ACoS. My detailed seller spreadsheet (attached) shows a net loss of ~$13,000 over 10 months. These outcomes are incompatible with the courses profit claims.Why its deceptive: Course omits major cost categories (aged-inventory, return-processing, refund-admin, removal). Profit-margin slide says ***** % after all fees yet doesnt reveal that ****** fees alone can reach ***** %. Ad module pushes $100/day budgets but provides no guardrails, causing ad spend to wipe out margins. Public ads portray $10k/month results that are not achievable for typical new sellers following the course.Attempt to resolve: I e-mailed ******************************** on 26 Jul 2025 requesting a refund; no reply.Desired resolution: Full refund of $4,000 (course fee) due to material misrepresentation/omission under Florida & BC consumer laws.Attachments (Exhibits 1-7): course profit-margin slide, PPC budget screenshot, course quote, $10k/month ad reel screenshot, payment statement, income-loss spreadsheet, Seller Central screen showing return fees
