    I bought my Subaru Outback there on 30 August 2024. The vehicle, with trim package and colour I wanted, was in stock the night before, but I wanted a member of my family to see the vehicle before I bought it. Unfortunately, when we arrived the next day it had already been sold. ??****** and his manager showed me a few other vehicles and I walked out with 2024 outback with limited trim. I LOVE IT.The sales team there went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and financing was easy. I would go back there and highly recommend anyone to go there if youre looking for a Subaru. ****** even came in on his day off!This is the 3rd new Subaru in the family within the last 4 months. They are great cars and staff there were really helpful!

    The practice of creating fear to upsell products is my experience with every Subaru service visit.Today the routine service of approx 200. was revisited and inflated to ***** dollars!!! Unbelievable pressure and tech talk to push the narrative. There were three of us waiting for routine service and each got the same 'chat' brake pads needed to be done, battery issues..... My car is three years old, bought at the same dealership( under the previous owner), and now metal arms need to be replaced due to wear and tear, other tech talk is also a must-do due to worn-out parts... Bought a Subaru thinking it was a sturdy car, not a fussy highly fragile vehicle. Think it's time to rethink my decision.
