    I bought a vehicle from them on February 8th 2022. As I was purchasing the car I was informing them that * **** ********** ** ****** and wanted a car that I can rely on. After some talking they recommended me a 2012 ****** Rouge with a 3 years extended warranty that covers any mechanical issues as well as life long free oil changes and new tires within the first year. For all of that I paid a total of almost $23,000. Which was all my savings. Shorty after buying the car the first issues happened. My car kept shaking which they played off as I was stupid and didn’t know what I’m talking about. Me and my fiancé told them over and over again and nothing happened, everytime we brought it in they found something else wrong with the car. When I had to bring my vehicle in for an oil change they all of the sudden discovered that I need a new cv axle and they would hand it in to warranty. One week later I got a call again that I have to bring it in again for them to do another scan again to send in to warranty which they wanted $200 for which I refused ** **** *** **** ***** ****. Now I brought it in again yesterday and all of the sudden there are way more things wrong and warranty won’t cover anything. I just feel this is a **** and they took advantage of me just moving here and not knowing anything about cars. Also the car the sales rep that sold me the car is no longer working there, ** ***** ***** ** ** **** ** **** ********* **** **** *** Due to this issue I’m afraid of losing my jobs as I rely on my car and it’s not drivable right now.

    Be very careful purchasing from this dealership. ** ***** ** ******** ** *** ****** ** ******** We purchase our KIA **** (which received great reviews at that time) at Applewood in 2017 with full warranty. It has been gently driven and only has 45,000 km on it now. For the past two years, we have been taking our **** to Applewood asking them to repair the off and on flashing engine light; the response has always been 'just ignore it' or 'it is only showing as a soft code and not a hard code, so nothing to worry about'. Well, last week the hard code kicked in and the **** died while being driven across a busy bridge. This was dangerous and could have caused an accident; it was very scary. *** ******* ********** ** ******** ***** *** **** ** ***** ********* *** **** *** ** *** *** **** **** **** ***** ******* *** ****** ** ******** *** ******** * *** ** ****** ** ******* * ******** ** *** ** **** * *** ** *** **** ** **** *** ** **** *** ** *** *** ******* *** * ****** **** ****** **** **** **** *** ***** **** As for Applewood, the ******** have promised to call us back and review the service history - never happened. We are now stocking their General Manager, Peter D*******, who absolutely refuses to call us back.
