    I hired this company to move me from ********** to ********. When I first spoke with them on the phone, they told me the cost would be $2,200 and that would include everything, including the cost of the truck going on the ferry. I called another time to see whether or not they would be providing wardrobe boxes and boxes and or blankets for pictures; I was assured that they would. One or two days before the move, the guy from the company called to confirm the move. At this time I again asked him about the boxes and or blankets. I also mentioned that although I didn't have much furniture to move I did have a lot of boxes and asked that he be sure to send a truck that would hold everything to which he replied that he had it covered. I again asked about the price and he reassured me that the price was $2,200, all in. Aug. 28, 2024, moving day, the guys and the truck are at least an hour late and they showed up in a 1 ton van and without any of the above mentioned boxes. After they spoke with their boss, they left for almost 2 hours and returned with a 5 ton truck.At 7:04 pm on Aug. 28th, I received a text from the guy I had been dealing with and he advised me that my bill was $3,967.50 and that it needed to be paid before they would off load my processions. The guys who were doing the moving told me that their boss has a habit of not providing the right equipment for a move and that he has done this many times. I did end up paying $300 more and lucky for me, the movers unloaded my stuff. They did not finish the job until 7 am Aug. 29, 2004. During the move, my tv got dropped and although it does get a picture, the sound is all messed up and sounds like the people are underwater. My coffee table was broken, an antique cabinet has holes in it and my crystal lamp now has defects.

    The ciient  was informed from the time of booking for a 1 bedroom the cost is ******* plus fuel and gst. Her qoutation was sent in as 3650 lbs witch we going on it will fit imto a one ton no problem. When the guys got there she needs a 5 ton truck the only extra cost wr asked for is the extra ferry cost and fuel and tax. Due to long distance moving we always collect before off load. The tv that was dropped they looked at it and everything worked. She got a deal period. There will be no tefund she didnt even pay the original bill.

    This business is a moving company. They moved our household stuff from ******, ************ to ***********, **. They brought a U-Haul truck with inadequate capacity to move our stuff. They had unprofessional workers who left the job site in the middle of the work, and they had to go to bring different workers to load our stuff onto the truck. Due to inadequate capacity, they load and unload the truck several times, damaging our stuff. They took off a bathroom mirror and moved it to **, which should have stayed with the house in ************! They broke my treadmill, gas barbeque, vacuum cleaner, light fixtures, furniture, child toys, etc. They lost two boxes: one full of shoes and the other one full of clothing. They load my stuff on July 9, 2022, from ************, and Delivered them to ** on July 11, 2022. We followed up with them several times during the past six months and they did not address any of our concerns. We have pictures of broken stuff. We paid a penalty for the bathroom mirror to the buyer of the house in ******. My estimate of damages is more than $8,000.
