    I had the worst customer service experience of my life with Jordan Mattress and Vogue Designs (related company in same factory with same owners).I ordered almost $5000 of furniture and mattresses for my daughters new apartment. There were problems immediately on delivery- a soaking wet mattress, and defective furniture (stained, and incorrect design). Jordan Mattress ************************************** was very uncooperative - he claimed wet mattresses were normal. He eventually offered to have a new mattress ready in 3 days. When he failed to do this, I met him at his factory. He claimed he never promised a new mattress. He then insisted I return the defective mattress first, and he would start making a new one and said my daughter could sleep on the floor while he made the new mattress. After my protests, he eventually agreed to supply a new mattress at the same time the old mattress was picked up so that my daughter had something to sleep on.Over the next 4 months, I was faced with many delays, broken promises, missed appointments, and unanswered calls and texts. Eventually, most furniture defects were repaired. Beware of terrible customer service and poor quality control.
