    Received excellent service from Mr.**** ********** ****** ** he was very informative and professional dealing with a complicated oil change featuring a very stubborn drain plug that was rounded by the previous oil change actually done by the car dealer that also charged considerably more than the top notch service we received at ********** Although it took much more time than normal to remove the poorly installed drainplug ** I was only invoiced for the cost of the part .. That is old school customer service **, much appreciated . ****** made several service recommendations but was not pushy and noted them on my invoice for my consideration . ****** arranged for a tire replacement which he promptly called me earlier than expected to replace the tire . We have bought 4 quality ****** tires at this location and will continue to have our vehicle serviced at this fine Mr.**** ** shout out to Phat and thanks to ******
