            I purchased an emerald stone from ACC Jewelers on September 25th, 2022 and I payed a $500 deposit for them to order it for me. I was told that it would be ready to pick up after two weeks. When I went to pick it up they told me that they did not have it and they were making excuses such as they do not have the key to the storage and they cannot access it. Then they told me that they would contact me on Wednesday October 12th and I can come and pick it up on that day. It is now October 17th and I have not been contacted by them. And I asked them to refund me my deposit and he says he cannot and he is also not giving me my emerald stone that I ordered. I want them to refund my $500 depoit because they have provided horrible service and they are not listening to my concerns. Also it has been much longer than the 2 weeks that they promised my emerald stone will be ready for pickup. Date of transaction: September, 5, 2022 Deposit: $500 (cash) Representative: Vipan
