    I hired Tammy Sagar and her contractor *********************** 'AVR renovations' 'City *********************' to remodel my bathroom in Dec 22. Tammy assured me she would oversee all aspects of the job including coming to the site every few days and sending progress photos since I was at at work. Work was to go from Jan 10 to Feb 1. She had no idea her contractor didn't show up until Jan 19. She showed up once after the tub and shower plumbing was put in the wrong place. She did nothing except hang up on me when the vanity plumbing was put in the wrong place a few days later. This placement was missing on her plans. She never responded to my calls and texts after that. She always had an excuse for not doing her job or returning texts and calls over the months. I was stuck with her incompetent contractor that made large plumbing mistakes that also affected the hot water flow in the rest of the house and lost or withheld key plumbing fixtures that were in boxes in the house. Neither would send photos of the vanity progress when I requested it close to the completion date. Tammy and ****** did not complete 50% of the work I paid for by the contracted Feb 7 date. They refused to return the materials they had and pay for the the plumbing repairs to the incorrectly installed plumbing. I'm loosing thousands of dollars and now have months added to the job to have it finished properly. Tammy Sagar mislead me from the beginning regarding how she oversees jobs and the skill level of both herself and ***********************. If you want a designer that is professional, knowledgeable and honest I suggest you look elsewhere.
