            H&S Insulation did a repair job for me. They did not get approval from us to do it nor did they give us a price. They did the job and sent a VERY over inflated price. When I asked for details they had none to give. I asked them to review the bill. The girl in my office paid the invoice without checking with me. They sent me a tests weeks later saying they had not been paid. They then sent me a new bill which was $420 cheaper. I found out my office girl had paid it when it first came in so I sent them a picture of it being paid and asked for the $420 refund. They sent back a paid in full receipt and told me they would not give me a refund. I told them I would call BBB *** ******* ****** and they replied and said "Go ahead. I got paid as per my original invoice thats it." They clearly do not care about their BBB status or reviews as long as they got paid.

            Great service and very prompt. Quite reasonable and good clean up . The guys did a good job of blowing insulation into the attic.and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone . Thanks
