    This contractor. Used a product to paint the exterior of our Family Room Fireplaces...As he was not knowledgeable, he used a product that had a high Toxic smell, and it took us quite some time to get the strong smell out of our home....We CONTACDED HIM, BUT HE NEVER REPLIED, OR TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS MISTAKE...**** *** ********** *** *** **** ********* ****** **** ** **** **** ******* ** *** ********** ********, NOT FOR INTERIOR PAINT, AND HAS THREE WARNINGS ON THE LABEL.......HE MAY SAY HE IS GOOD AS HE APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARSS, ....HOWEVER HE HAS A LOT TO LEARN, AND NEEDS TO GEYMUCH MORE TRAINING!!!***....UNHAPPY HOMEOWNER!!!

    Mr *******, Your complaint is 100% without merit, and a complete fabrication. Your fireplace surround repaint was done with heat grade enamel, and is the best paint product available on the market. The "smell" you'r referring to is from the new glass sealant, gasket and silicone sealer installed and used by the glass company- NOT US. We have rebuilt well over 100 fireplace surrounds over the last 40 years, and we have used the same product on all jobs- WITH ZERO COMPLAINTS. In fact, we have had ZERO COMPLAINTS in 43 years on this BBB forum...or any online forum for that matter. You're fabricated story about my employees, and "warnings" are just that- fabrications. We're not sure why you have taken this path of outright ********* towards our company, but it is exhausting. ** ******** **** *** *** *** **** *** **** ** *** *******
