    Our natural gas furnace packed it in and sought three bids from three heating & plumbing firm listed in the ** Better Business Bureau.We selected the bid from Northwind because it was the cheapest of three bids and there were so many complimentary reviews from other customers. We selected the ******** 2 stage EL297V. The installation crew were most professional and did an outstanding job.Without hesitation, I would highly recommend others to seriously consider seeking the services from Northwind ************************************** the sales representative was quick to provide a quoted price and stood by this quote.

    We highly recommend Northwind Heating. They are by far the best business that we have dealt with in our experience. Like many others, we have encountered businesses which are neither professional nor knowledgeable. We first called on Northwind in March 2022 for a quote to install mini splits heat pump and to repair our fireplace. We were so pleased and impressed by their honesty, knowledge , efficiency and professionalism that we hired them again this month to install additional mini splits. Again they did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure to deal with **** ,*****, ***, ***** and his team . We would not hesitate to call on them again for any of our heating and/or cooling needs in the future.
